The food was good. Well presented, well done but unfortunately, priced extremely high. I ordered 2 appetizers for dinner and it was more than enough. The menu is pretentious, filled with ingredients that I've never heard of so while it peeked my curiosity it also simultaneously squeezed my wallet. I can't justify an 80.00 20 oz bone in rib eye or market price crab cakes. There is a new chef and an updated menu, I just hope the chef doesn't price this place out of business.

The hostess was lovely in appearance and personality! We were seated at our table for at least 10 minutes (long enough to eat a roll and drink a glass of water) before our server acknowledged us. Both the water boy and the roll boy said that they would get our server. Molly arrived with a touch of an attitude, I’m assuming because she figured her tip was already affected. She took our drink order, Cab Sav was good, margarita was made with sour mix. Blech. Lobster bisque was glorified tomato soup made with a splash of seafood stock. Don’t bother. Calamari was fantastic! Actually, the best I’ve ever eaten. But the true sin in all of this is the “surf and turf”, supposedly beef short ribs, scallops, shrimp and half a lobster tail. The “short rib” was chuck roast prepared Yankee style; carrots, onions, potatoes and gravy with two pure white scallops, two over cooked shrimp and a hammered half of a 3oz lobster tail. For $56 !!!! While the Yankee pot roast was tasty, the seafood was horrendous at best. Certainly not what I would expect from an upscale, family owned establishment. Do better.

1st time here for a special anniversary and was extremely disappointed. Made a reservation for 7:30 but didn't get sat until about 7:50-7:55. Waiter did not pay attention to us and we sat for about 20min until we got drinks ordered. We were also seated in a weird area where there were 3 tables only and two different servers. Our waiter hurried off quickly after getting the drink order even though we were ready to place our food order. Didn't get drinks for another 15min and in that time someone brought us water and butter but no bread. We watched as other tables got bread but not us. Finally got apps after what felt like forever (still no bread) and we had to ask “what's the butter for” before finally getting bread. Food was good but the service was absolutely terrible. For the amount they charge and the service you get, you're better off going somewhere else. The other two tables near us were also having issues (food being bland, also not getting attention, etc.) we talked to the other two tables near us and it was their first time too and they weren't pleased with the service either. Waited barely come to our table and as he was clearing our empty dinner plates, he took the bread and bread plates away without asking if we were finished. It was quite shocking. Having been a server for many many years it was really disappointing to say the least. Also, they state there's a dress code and we showed up in our best attire only to see other people in jeans, slippers, Jordan's, etc. so they clearly don't enforce their dress code as they state they do. Go somewhere else. We, as well as the other two tables near us, will not be back.

Went for the first time on valentines day with my wife my son and his girlfriend food was very good the ribeye Steak lobster bisque was probably the best I ever had calamari was good and cheesecake was good also we will definitely be coming back one day.

The steak au poivre was suppose to be medium rare and came out medoum well, with about a half pound of peppercorns on top. My wife had braised short ribs with shrimp, lobster and scallops in a demi glaze. The lobster was not fully cooked and the demi glaze was like water. The lobster bisque tasted like flour and water with clumps of flour. The new england clam chowder was very good. Over all extremely disappointed with the food. The couple at the adjacent table had similar issues and sent parts of the food back. I have been to Creed multiple times a couple of years ago, and is was great. I would not recommend at this time. Must have changed chefs
