This was my very first dining experience at Dim Sum King. My family and I decided to try a new restaurant for my birthday, and we don't regret this decision at all! I love soup dumplings!

Dum Sum King has staple Chinese foods that you would struggle to find in America. But of those staple foods, their versions of them weren't anything special. Still, food was good!
There are lots of fun decorations here, but don't be fooled by the surface level looks. It was the lack of cleanliness inside here that really disappointed me. Right when we walked in, there were just tables upon tables of dirty dishes and napkins that hadn't been taken care of. We waited at the entrance for 10 minutes and no staff came to greet us. Only when we walked through the tables to FIND a server did they offer us a seat. When they hastily gave us the menus before rushing off, there was food and something sticky on top of them... so :/ Also, the floors were really sticky! Like VERY sticky.
As we were eating, I was watching one of the servers "clean" another table. They brushed the food and crumbs on top of it onto the floor and then laid new plates and silverware on top. No sweeping, no wiping down the table, nothing. Maybe that's why the floors are so sticky.
Our server wasn't just one server, but a collection of them who kept asking if we had ordered. It was very evident the communication across the team wasn't well executed. I wish we just had one server who took thorough care of us. Also, all of the servers seemed to be around college age, and they hung out and chatted amongst themselves more than they actually stopped by to serve us. But when they did stop by, though, they were very polite, which was nice.
On the bright side, the food was good and came out within less than 15 minutes of ordering, so that was a plus. Paying with cash also got us a discount of 5%, which was nice too!
While I don't regret eating here, I won't be coming back.

Very good food service was perfect. The atmosphere in this restaurant is nice, better food. The restaurant does get busy so to avoid a wait I would just get a reservation to be safe but you can just walk in off the street without one. Good place for large groups as they have large rooms for groups.

Ok my wife and I were excited when this place opened and so we finally tried it tonight. We really wanted to like it but couldn't. Dan Dan noodles had amazing flavor but the dish wasn't hot (almost as if it was pre-prepared), the service was downright confusing with too many people per patron and it just seemed like they were just opened for the past week. The menu system is not good when looking on the phone so we asked for physical menus but it didn't have any photos. Just the overall flow of place from beginning to end was not good. Again we really wanted to like it but won't be able to come back anytime soon. Unfortunately unimpressed.

This was my first time there and it was an all around amazing experience! It was awesome to watch! The food was the best thing I've ever ate! We all sampled each others food and you couldn't go wrong no matter what. We will def be going back. I can't believe I waited this long to go there

Took my bestie here for birthday celebration. Our waitress was kinda busy, but attentive to us. We love soup dumplings here highly recommend to everyone! Great food selection and very friendly staff. Will come again for sure.

Hands down... Svara is one of the best servers at the King of Prussia location! She treats you like you're a guest in her own home!
We found the location to be impecabily clean and inviting... Just the right atmosphere for an after-work, weeknight meal.
Fun, fantastic food! Our server was very nice and was patient with our reading of the short story of a menu! So many delicious choices! So many options! I highly recommend going here it is wonderful. Portions are great and the service is fantastic.

The food was not authentic. You’re literally here for the decorations which were fabulous. The customer service was awful…..oddly I felt as if certain demographics were treated better than others. It’s not family friendly and they advertised that you get complimentary appetizers….that was a lie. It took forever for someone to wait my table. Will not be returning. Good luck ?
