I didn't like cake before. In fact, I hated it. Red velvet, chocolate, confetti -- store bought cake just wasn't doing it for me. I thought this was until I went to Dimi, and for that, I am forever grateful. The staff is incredible -- I enjoyed talking with Eva about our mutual dislike for Betty Crocker. Before I even comment about their dessert, I gotta say the staff is extremely friendly! He was very patient and detailed me about the flavors and promotions.I tried the Raspberry Cheesecake and the regular Chocolate Fudge. They were both really good. Not tooo sweet, just right. But I would take the staff's advice to heat the Chocolate Fudge for about 10 secs before eating. So that it would be a bit softer.If I am looking for something sweet while shopping, this might be the good pick. Grab and go and handy to eat while walking around the mall.

I love to see local retailers with a mission, especially in The KOP! The deserts at dimi are so fresh and delicious, I bought one of each flavor and they were all so good! The staff was so nice as well. Johan told me to heat up the chocolate cake in the microwave and OMG it was so good???? I love the sustainable containers too, I’m re-using them all the time!

The apple crumble and carrot cake are absolutely to die for, if that's what you're into. Lol. These are delicious cakes.
