Donuts were warm and tasty, only thing that lacks a star is half of my donut was stuck to the box so that was a little annoying. The service was amazing and honestly very sweet. Will be back to try other flavors just wish the donuts wouldn't stick to the box with the icing.

OMG those donuts are amazing and fresh!! The coffee is like real coffee ☕ not all sugar like some other places. Better than Starbucks!! Prices are worth every penny!!Wheelchair accessibility: It's hard to find parking there but if you are able to find parking in the back there's a way for a wheelchair to go I believe

Duck donuts has the BEST donuts! They are made fresh and are nice, warm, and taste amazing. Everyone I show this place is always asking to come back and get more. Not only that but the service is always wonderful. Josh is super friendly and welcoming will answer and questions and is super helpful. Thank you Josh you’re the best! Always recommend this spot

Stopped in while getting some medical care at the Children's Hospital campus here in King of Prussia. The location is great, plenty of parking, the staff was very welcoming and in fact, very very helpful. The gentleman who crafted our donut order, was phenomenal and took great pride in his work. This was the best order of donuts we had ever gotten anywhere. We will definitely be returning to this location. Awesome customer service And great tasting treats.

Wed went 20 minutes before closing, left our Holiday seats, drinks, to get donuts for my sisters grandson and family, only to find them closed, locked up and mopping the floors. 3 employees and no one came to the door. I called the next day and was told their register was not working so they closed. Customer Service would have been to explained it at the door, maybe handed my sister a donut for her son, only the register broke, so they had donut’s, could have handed them cash and they could have put it in the next day. We had cash! Remember cash? We went Bach to the bar we left and guess what, no seats..we went home.

Went in to grab a breakfast sandwich just before 8:00 a.m. and was told that there's a 20 to 30 minute wait if I'm placing an order in the store since I'm not picking up. Had to go someplace else for breakfast

This was my go-to whenever I’m in the area. However, yesterday, my sister ordered half dozen and paying a little over $12. I purchased a dozen- 1 chocolate with sprinkles, 1 strawberry with sprinkles, 1 blueberry crumble, 2 chocolate with bacon and maple drizzle, 1 apple tart, 3 apple cobblers, 1 chocolate covered strawberry, 2 vanilla frosted with Oreo crumbles and chocolate drizzle- and paid over $21. We receive my sister’s first, which had 5. When we informed the workers, she was lied to and told “you only paid for 5 but I’ll give you an extra”. Nonetheless, my order was ready and luckily I checked, because my specific list that was also printed for the workers wasn’t followed and I was given 2 pumpkin rolls, 1 chocolate with bacon, 2 chocolates with sprinkles. When I again voiced the issue, I was questioned multiple times as though I was lying but no one produced my receipt when I told them to go back to look at it. A quick 3-5 minute purchase into an over 15 minute ordeal and I still left with 1 being incorrect. I get teenagers typically work here but an adult should be watching them and training them on better customer service. The blatant lie to my sister and the passive aggressive attitude insinuating I lied about my order genuinely irritated me to the point where we won’t patronize this place again.

Will never come here again. Duck Donuts corporate decided to honor its Veterans with a free donut on Veterans Day. But not this owner. I guess they feel our Military don’t deserve it. Sad..especially when you decide to go against what your corporation thinks is the right thing to do.
