They'll find a way to blame you for their bad delivery service instead of giving you a refund. If you like your hot lunches soggy and cold and arriving over an hour late, order from Duffys.I also recommend the garden pasta salad if you enjoy a flavorless goop.

If it wasn't for the bagged chips and bottled water meeting expectations, it'd be a 1. The roll was as chewy as a piece of laffy taffy, the kraft single cheese wasn't melted, and I had to use my imagination that there was meat inside. I wouldn't eat this again if it was free and it cost nearly 20 dollars.

My go to spot if I need a bite to eat while getting through the work day. It’s a solid place if you’re in the mood for breakfast or lunch. I love that they offer scrapple as a meat option when I get a breakfast sammie.

I just received the most disgusting Italian Hoagie I have ever tasted. It was not made as described at all. It was literally a roll filled with cooked salami. there was no vinegar, the tomato's were hard and the onions sat way to long. I am sorry but if your are going to chard close to $11 for a hoagie then it better be better then what I could get from some franchise. I wish I could get the taste of the rotten produce and warm lunch meat out of my mouth. I am disgusted that I spent my hard earned money on this.
I don't like having to write bad reviews but when something has happened multiple times, I feel it is warranted. I ordered a salad with extra dressing that I pay for and on two separate occasions, I did not receive it after waiting an hour for delivery. Then on both of those occasions, I did call to state this and they stated "that they were sending it right over". That "right over" was an over an hour wait. I understand being short drivers but I do not understand how you can send out a salad twice with out dressing and then inconvenience the customer more by making them wait longer to eat their food. As well as I am limited to a certain time for a break, this is being delivered to work, so now I am rushed to eat, if at all. And I don't get any type of reimbursement or credit for the inconvenience. Really use to like this place but now I will no longer use them and neither will my staff.
