New crew working Saturday morning, they have a hard time understanding English. Would recommend ordering on app to get order correct.The staff could not understand 4 large coffees, 2 with cream only, 2 with cream and sugar. Received wrong items and person could not understand I was telling them it was wrong. Received 2 black coffees, and 2 black coffees with 5 sugars….

I love Dunkin. Coffee was cold, but I got 2 free donuts. That was nice.
The morning staff is fantastic. Both of them treat their visitors with great courtesy and friendliness. Additionally, they are constantly open to agreeing to reasonable requests. This Dunkin' location runs perfectly thanks to them.

This was the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The person behind the counter was rude, the blueberry muffin was stale and our breakfast sandwiches were literally thrown into the paper wrap. Hope it was just an off day for them.
