Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

On the picture the coffee looked differently. In reality it tastes like over roasted coffee .

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing.

We had to place our order while still standing at the entrance with our child, before being able to sit down and take our time to look through the menu. This was inconvenient and made the ordering process feel rushed.

Additionally, we were not informed that there was a children's menu available — it wasn’t included in the main menu, and we only learned about it after placing our order.

As for the food, the wild salmon was overcooked and dry, and the chicken was also quite dry and lacked flavor, making it difficult to enjoy.

Overall, we regret choosing this place, as both the food and service did not meet our expectations.

This little coffee & snack bar is right outside Nordstrom on the mall side, ground floor. It's more like a mini Starbucks, not a restaurant by any means.

The staff are so kind and accommodating!!
My favorite place for drinks and cookies! The strawberry lemonade is the best strawberry lemonade Ive ever had. All the cookies are fresh and delicious! Quick service !

Best place in the mall! This isn't starbucks or dunkin - they're actually grinding your shots and making your food! Best avocado toast around! My kid loved the giant cookies.

This place is supposed to be open before the mall, but good luck getting in. ONE DAMN DOOR in the entire mall is open, but good luck finding it. Save your time and go to an actual coffee shop.

The lavender chai is amazing. Apple cheese danish taste good! Very cramped but better than the Starbucks in the mall.

The place is beautiful. Customer service is excellent. The coffee and bakery items are delicious. Thank you for your bussiness. I'm coming back. This place deserves 5 star overall.

Rude employees.

Awful, awful customer service and painfully slow. Waited 25 minutes for a coffee with three people in line.

Rude staff! Extremely long wait time. I ordered the Salted Caramel Mocha but got a cup of unmixed coffee powder with whip. I took it back for a redo or refund but I was rudely told by 2 members of the staff, I needed to get in line again. (Long line) . Nope I did my time. The male staff member then said , “You see all these people? We are not going to let you skip to the front of the line.” I then asked for a manager. I showed her the cup of powder mix with whip. She apologized and made a fresh cup for me. 30 minute ordeal !!

I don't know what all these fancy photos are for because i had to mix my own creameramd sugar after having to beg them for it and the coffee was cold and tasted like it sat around all day in a not sanitary container. The end result was a coffee I couldn't even drink for the price of starbucks. I could have gotten better coffee at a gas station, not exaggerating.
