Five Guys

Fries weren't in a cup. Why?!!!!!! The bag ripped on the bottom from the greasy fries and my wife and my burger and fries fall on the ground after we got home, not even 10 minutes away. We were left with inedible food. Thanks five guys. Couldn't even eat the burgers because the foil had dirt and pebbles on them from falling on the ground from the grease covered foil. Almost $35 and still hungry. This is the location inside the KOP mall btw.

The date is 1/9/26 I it was 5:00 shift a tall African American young man called my order and when I processed to go towards him drop the fry bag on the counter instead of hand me the bag which was very rude and not good customer service and didn’t say sorry so I felt it was intentional that is poor customer service and I sat next to the restaurant and he handed everybody else there bags of food in there hands.

Yesterday, around 5–6 PM, I went shopping at the mall and bought a hamburger at the Five Guys location there. I placed my order and waited for my order number to be called. There was an African American employee calling out the numbers for the ready orders. I heard my number and asked, “Order 55?” He said yes, so I took the order and sat in front of the restaurant to eat. I was wearing my headphones and listening to music when I noticed the employee yelling at me from a distance. At first, I thought he was asking if my burger was good, so I said yes.

However, he kept yelling, so I walked over to him. He then angrily asked me why I had “snatched” the order out of his hands. I was completely confused because I never grabbed the order in a rude or aggressive way. He was extremely upset and even grabbed a napkin and almost threw it at my face. Another customer had to step in and tell him to calm down. Honestly, I’m glad it wasn’t a heavier object, because it seemed like he might have thrown it at me.

I believe he was angry because he may have given orders to the wrong people, but I checked my order and it was correct. I’ve been to other Five Guys locations where the staff is very friendly, so I don’t know what happened at this one. Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience, and I believe the staff should receive better training in emotional control and customer service.

Great food. Friendly service. This Five Guys is in a mall food court, so the atmosphere doesn't count toward Five Guys. It's a mall, so.

I'm not much of a fan of five guys, not because of the quality of their food, but more because of their pricing. Their burgers are okay, but you can get a much better Burger at the shake shack at the other end of the mall. I simply don't find five guys burgers to be worth the price, not even close.

I've been to the Five Guys in King of Prussia plenty of times, and I was there again last weekend. Same story every visit: the food hits the spot and the staff actually pays attention. Burgers come out hot, seasoned right, and made how you asked. Fries are always fresh and they pack the bag.

What I appreciate most is how steady they are. Even when they’re slammed, and the KoP Mall gets slammed, they keep things moving and still get the order right. The place is clean, the crew works well together, and it’s one of those spots where you know exactly what you’re getting every time.

If you’re in King of Prussia and just want a good, no-nonsense meal, this Five Guys has never let me down.

The starters this place is so overpriced. It's not even funny. The burgers are tiny and I get it. You can get all the toppings for free, but I just expect a little bit more quality regarding size in their burgers.

I got the salted caramel milkshake and there was not much to write home about. And I really don't understand why they feel the need to fill up a whole bag full of french fries. Maybe if the burgers were a bigger size you wouldn't have to go through all those french fries like that LOL.
My server was cool. He did not rush me. It was very prompt. Very professional. Very well -mannered young man so that I can respect but y'all got to do something about these tiny burgers y'all selling for these outrageous prices?
