Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your King of Prussia location. While the food was good, the service was truly terrible. I had booked more than two weeks in advance for a special birthday celebration, yet we were seated at a highly inconvenient spot where we felt we were constantly in the way of everyone. Our waiter, Alexis, was practically absent. After initially seating us, he never reappeared. We had to ask five different staff members just to place our order. When the waitress, Naira, finally came to the table, her attitude was shockingly rude and disrespectful. She even asked for us to leave her a 5 star review! The audacity! I have visited other locations and always had a great experience overall, but this visit was a nightmare that completely ruined our birthday celebration. The King of Prussia service standards are unacceptable. We will never come back to Fogo de Chao.

Found a great deal 49.95$ personally not being a meat eater but I decided to go........ the salad bar was worth the entire price! The fig jam was to die for, the cheeses and smoked salmon were very fresh from citrus chicken salad to asparagus and everything in between top notch! I did eat the meat and forgot what I was missing! 10/10 for the King Of Prussia location! Will be returning

Had to keep begging for them to bring meat to the table we didn't even try half of the offerings!!!!

I visit this location often, mainly for happy hour and birthday dinners. My last visit wasn't the best. My food was average. When I asked for food like the bread or bananas, I never received them. I had told the waiter no pork for me and my plus one, they continued to bring out pork. There was no bartender so the drinks we syrupy and overly sweet. My drinks had to be sent twice. I later replaced with wine, which was flat. My service overall all was 2/10. I would not go back during early hours due to the lack of customer service and missing bartenders.

The dining experience at Fogo de Chão was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we always had what we needed. The salad bar was fresh and had a wide variety of options. The meats were cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and served continuously at just the right pace. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it a great place for both special occasions and casual dining. Overall, the service, quality of food, and ambiance exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

We went for my long time friends birthday and had a wonderful time. The staff was attentive and very helpful and the food was GREAT!! I always enjoy myself at the King of Prussia location and they never disappoint. I am returning again in October!!

Meats were limited and very fatty . Chicken was dry and no fish as advertised. Open salad bar was bland and repetitive. Service was ok at best . Not worth the $200 + for two people. Won't be going back .

It's always a pleasure to dine at Fogo. The food was delicious and fresh. Service was excellent!

Our family had a fantastic dining experience here. The ambiance, service, and food truly met our expectations. We will definitely return.

Just wish they had to-go boxes. I wanted to wake up to some of that food as leftovers. lol

I come here once or twice a week and I am never disappointed. The food is very good, the service is outstanding, and management is very attentive. Those are the reasons I keep coming back.

What a great place and environment. Food is exceptional. Also they have special events which we have attended in the past which are awesome. Will be back for sure.

Over all experience was pretty decent. Service could be a little more friendly. I have noticed that our greeter and our server wasn't to pleasent. ( maybe it wasn't a good day for them) We didn't get to much options with the type of meets that came around. We had to asked a few time for the different type of meat to come around to our table. On this particular day that we dined in.. we thought that our food was really salty !! But then again it can be just our taste buds. I did have to say it was pretty busy. I just wise our waiter could of been more attentive to us. Service over all was a 3.5 out of 5.

Aja and naida did an excellent job serving our table. They continuously checked in and make sure we got everything we wanted.
