Forgot to write this on Sunday however this place isn't as welcoming as it use to be when the young lady use to work there. She always made the rolled ice cream experience a fun thing for my children. I wish I remembered her name, the people now are rude mainly that guy there .

I'm very upset. I called at 5:52 pm on 5/7/2020 to ask what time the shop is closing (due to covid 19). The lady who answered told me 8pm. At 7:06 pm, I called to place an order and the same lady hung up on me twice. The third time I called (around 7:08 pm) I asked to place an order she told me they're closing up. I told her I called earlier and asked about the time and she said "I'm the same person you spoke to and we're now closing up". I told her I made my way there and I was 5 minutes away is there any way she can put an order in for me. I ASKED VERY NICELY!!! She said "what can I get you". I told her my order and immediately after she hung up on me. RUDE!!!! I drove to Philly from New York today and hoped I can try this place out. Never again!!!!! I get that it's difficult times right now but what the hell? Definitely telling my friends and family in PA to never visit this place. NY as well. Very bad experience. *I posted a review on google to which the owner responded very condescendingly. That prompted me to post a review on yelp as well. HOW IS YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE ORDER IS ACTUALLY BEING MADE WHEN THE EMPLOYEE JUST RUDELY HANGS UP ON THEM. ALSO AFTER YOU TREAT SOMEONE LIKE THAT YOU CANT EXPECT THAT PERSON TO JUST GIVE YOU BUSINESS. Please release the audio and video you claim to have since you're basically making threats to do so. The out of pocket expense you claim to have is due to your employees behavior because I went ahead and took my business to another ice cream shop nearby due to that interaction. When the owner is so unprofessional it makes sense why the employee was just as bad. If you read through the reviews this isn't the first time a customer was mislead about store hours. There are multiple reviews regarding the poor behavior of employees as well. You really have some nerve to say it was a fictitious review. SAVE YOUR MONEY EVERYONE. GO ELSEWHERE.

I love ice cream in all formats but rolled ice cream is still fairly new to me. It's more expensive than regular ice cream which makes sense since it takes more time to make. It was seven dollars for an ice cream creation but it was worth the price. I got the mint ice cream and it was a great mint flavor. Not at all fake tasting which I appreciate! Sadly my ice cream mostly melted before I got home so I didn't get to enjoy the texture of rolled ice cream. Make sure to eat it there because it doesn't seem to hold up well when getting it to go. Really friendly staff and I loved all the options they had there!

I have been to many rolled ice cream shops but this is one of the best ones i went to. Staff are friendly and informative! Ice cream was fresh and easy going down! They're ice cream is homemade which is healthy and it's gluten free!! I will be returning soon!!

The ice cream was alright, the lady serving us didn't really memorize our order, she had to ask several times to make sure she got the right toppings. I'm an Asian American and I feel like she was kind of racist because when she was talking to me, she was kind of unenthusiastic. Was not polite, didn't say thank you or anything. However, when a Caucasian couple came in after me, she greeted them so nicely, she gave them so much information on the toppings, which were available, which were out of stock, etc. she didn't do that for me. I didn't think much about it at first, but as more Caucasian people came in, she remained nice to them. She asked them have you been here before, gave details, etc. for them but not for me. As for the ice cream, it's alright, definetly there are way better places nearby such as Arctic Scoop. This place had potential, but i won't be coming back here again. I wanted to just try it because Arctic scoop was closed.
Is this place under new ownership? The ice cream itself is good, however, I will not be going back. They do not thoroughly clean the cold slate in between ice cream rolls. I ordered the "You're Berry Lovely" and ended up with mint ice cream in my cup. If you are allergic to certain foods they offer then I would stay away because you may get it in your cup even if you didn't order it.
