After a long day of shopping and walking in the mall, Ha’agan Da’az really just hits the spot! I had the ice cream sundae and even by the look of the photo it was to die for. I will most definitely order it again! The flavors and fruits were perfect and the staff is always very kind.

Pandemic is over why does the cashier ask for a tip !!! I am done won't be back ! Next time just leave the cup there & if I decide to leave a tip I will don't beg for one!!!! Fast forward I went to a location in willow grove 3/26/23 payed cash as well & they didn't mention a tip!!! Very sad that this king Prussia location staff ask for tips!!

The worst experience I had at this shop. The lady at the front counter treat customers really bad. To begin with she was on her phone all the time while serving and wanted us decide our orders in a jiffy and got annoyed when we added to the order. After that she had the audacity to say that she doesn't want to serve us anymore. Hopefully this gets reviewed by the management.

I really love Haagen Dazs but I tried buying a smoothie just a minute ago (01/28-2023) and the girl that was serving there started screaming at me and she was on her cell phone the entire time. With food in her mouth she started cursing me, apparently I had disturbed her lunch. Her name is Lisa. And Lisa if you have personal problems, please don’t bring them to work!

Absolutely a wonderful man working there, we came on Sunday Jan 15th, my daughter ordered the banana split! , And the male employee was Awesome!? If he isn’t already he would be an awesome manager!

The general manager needs to be fired immediately! When I say HORRIBLE I mean HORRIBLE service ! She was VERY rude and had distasteful behavior! She called me ugly and told me to go to cold stone upstairs! I asked for the manager she told me she was the manager . I called corporate to report her . I waited in line behind someone that was buying and she blantantly ignored me and helped the other ppl . Made fun of my clothes and weight because I complained about what she did and how she went about it . She’s very rude I will not be spending my money with you guys anymore and I’ll be posting her and the location on social media for everyone to see ! Ridiculous! Not to mention when I was walking past she had her camera out recording me which is why I stopped and argued with her. The owner allows this type of ghetto customer service I will never spend my money there again. And wrong window ? There’s only one window to order from . She needs to be fired . I will forever push this issue .

The best tasting, not overly-processed, adult-focused, ice cream & sundaes. Took advantage of seasonal Peppermint Bark Dazzler Sundae while Xmas shopping at mall during arid indoor conditions. Peppermint Bark ice cream (white chocolate base w/ dark chocolate peppermint bark & peppermint candy pieces) topped with hot fudge, crushed Oreo cookies, whipped cream & peppermint pieces. Indulgence level just right! It hit the spot! No toothpaste tasting concoction here! Friendly staff.

Lisa was working her tail off today at KOP Mall! She is awesome! Was running around and had a smile the whole time! Kudos to her and my caramel sundae was amazing!!!
The woman here just told me a small ice cream was 7.37 and I gave her a 10. She then gave me 2 dollars change and refused to give me change. This is wrong and illegal. You cant just withhold change and tell people after they receive food that they are not receiving change.

Simply don’t go to this store. We have never eaten on a Häagen before and after this NEVER going to a store nor buying any of their ice cream. I wish I could put negative 5 stars. First time and last time. Tried to order a Sunday and my wife explain how she wanted. The woman behind the counter somewhat rude sort of snap with attitude saying “that is how a Sunday come”. My baffled wife told her that her attitude is not the way to treat a customer and the person was VERY RUDE trying to imply she wasn’t. At this point I intervene and told her the same. Simply walk out without ordering. Safe yourself time and don’t go to the store. Also VERY VERY slow service. BTW she is the manager. Talk about service and caring about the brand. The District Manager should close this store.

Ordered the banana split which came with vanilla ice cream and chocolate fudge. Strawberries, banana, and pineapple, plus whipped cream rounded it out. This would have been tastier with chocolate ice cream but was still pretty good! The store offers cones, cups, and sundaes. Stop by and satisfy your sweet tooth!
