Maggiano's Little Italy

I've dined at this restaurant several times, and eating in has always been a great experience. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and the service is usually excellent. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about their takeout.

Every time I order takeout, it seems like my instructions are ignored, and the quality is nowhere near what you get when dining in. My most recent order was especially disappointing. I ordered a bone-in ribeye and specifically requested that my sides be packed separately. Instead, the steak arrived completely covered in gravy, with the side dumped onto the same plate. By the time I got home, everything was mixed together, making the meal unappetizing and taking away from what should have been a premium steak dinner.

If you're planning to eat at the restaurant, I highly recommend it. But based on my experiences, I would avoid ordering takeout until they start paying closer attention to customer instructions and improve the consistency of their packaging and food quality.

Extremely disappointed. Everything we ordered had a horrible taste to it. The bread, appetizers, entrees…. disgusting!! It’s sad because we’ve always enjoyed this restaurant. We wasted so much money……will never eat here again.

Had the ravioli in marinara. The rolls they bring out at the beginning are very good. Also need to try the butter cake. Very rich, you should share if possible.

They changed their food. From the beard, to the mozz, to the Alfredo sauce, to the chicken parm. Service was good. My family used to love this place but after yesterday's visit, we will have to find somewhere else to go 😕

The only set back was, we had an inexperienced server who was to overwhelmed for a large party.

For the occasion is was nice

Out waitress was friendly and attentive and overall great waitress. The food was delicious and served hot. And in good time. Will be coming back.

What a wonderful way to start Father's Day weekend! This was our first time dining at Maggiano's in King of Prussia, PA. My wife and I were extremely impressed with both the food and the exceptional service we received from Lauren Bruno.

From the moment Lauren approached our table and warmly greeted us, we knew we were in great hands. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. When we asked for recommendations, Lauren confidently guided us toward some outstanding menu selections, all of which exceeded our expectations.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the evening was perfectly capped off with Gigi's Butter Cake for dessert—another excellent recommendation from Lauren.

My wife and I dine out frequently, and I honestly can't remember the last time we experienced such a perfect combination of outstanding food and exceptional service. Lauren's professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality truly made our visit memorable.
