Overall, my experience was amazing. I went to celebrate my mother in law's birthday. Folks at the table didn't enjoy their food. Though, I really enjoyed mine. I had the chicken francese meal. It was amazing. I wish I could recall our server's name. She was amazing. We were there on 4/13 and seated upstairs. Even the other tables of guests were great. Just an all around great experience.

I love this chain in totality but this location exceeded all of my previous visits! The location is a vibe, an old style mansion with 2 stories and outdoor seating area with Blues music mixed in.The staff from owner to manager to chef was phenomenal and accommodating. Alena, our server, was one of the best I've ever come across. She was attentive, punctual, saw things we needed before I even noticed, and introduced me to an off menu White Chocolate Espresso Martini that is fabulous. I used to work as a GM in the restaurant business and was highly impressed with the overall experience. Well done!

I’ve been eating here for a couple of years and the food and service has always been great. Today the restaurant was fully booked so we sat at the bar’s high top seat and it was still great. We usually order the meal for 2 because we find it to be a very good value.

The food was what I expected from a chain restaurant, the restaurant is very packed w tables. How the servers carry the huge trays of hot food around the maze of people and tables amazes me. The service is always great, which is why we go in the first place....that and the tiramisu. It's the best thing on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, our server in particular was very kind to our son and gave him a free plate of pasta since his pizza took a few extra minutes.
