Not only does place regularly mess up orders, the manager there is one of the rudest manager i've ever encountered in my life. Ordered food online just to get to the location and be told they closed a half hour earlier. Mind you, online it says they closed at 7pm, I arrived at 6:20 and was told they closed at 5:30. There's no way for me to get refund online, and the manager was rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. I caution you, don't ever eat here.

I've eaten here before and throughly enjoyed it. But today was a totally different experience. They said they opened at 12 today and when I went up to order I was told they wouldn't be opening to 1230. Ok no problem, go back at 1230 and they are still not open and the attitude I recieved from the staff when I asked again was completely dismissive. Looking at other reviews recently the problem seems to be the same. Poor staff interactions with customers. I appreciate that i see the owner responding to reviews but clearly not much of a difference is being made with the work staff. I gave up on waiting very disappointing.

The food was amazing! I got the Buffalo Chicken Melt and the bread was toasted perfectly and the buffalo chicken was nice and spicy. I also got the Parmesan & Herb Tots which was also very tasty (too tasty that I forgot to take a picture of it?) If I didn’t find this place, I wouldn’t have been able to eat this amazing food. Thank you Melt Shop!!

Went there and honestly they never have much of anything on the menu. NO shakes...NO Chicken...never have cheese sauce! But the worst of it is the people that work there. 1/2 wore gloves and the other half didn't. Hair everywhere NO nets. So it's should have been no surprise that after I ate a simple cheese melt I got very sick...NEVER EVER again!!1 Star is way more then I want to give.

Where do I start? I walk up to the register and the lady just doesn’t seem to care whatsoever. I walk up to put in my order and she just stands there on her phone. What’s the point of working there if you aren’t going to take my order? After I put my order I waited 18 minutes to get my food. Employees just there on their phones laughing not doing their jobs. The food was horrible. Super greasy and almost undercooked. I ended up getting food poisoning and throwing up all night. I’m never getting food from there ever again.

Service is absolutely the worst. Why pay people who obviously don't care about doing their job. Is this just a hang out where they laugh, joke, play but don't actually work? No offense, I get it, fast food isn't glamorous but how will you ever get a better job by doing less than expected.

Went to this place recently they had no customer service the employees wernt listen while I was order ina and the delayed my order for along time ppl the came after me got service before me over all it's good just needs better
Chicken sandwich was delicious. Tater tots were OK. Like everything else in King of Prussia Mall prices are expensive. Lady at the register was very nice but there was only a couple people there and I saw a couple of people standing in the back standing around not doing much. I saw my order put out and sit for almost 10 minutes before anyone began to bag it.
