Simply the best. Period. Always the best experience. Fantastic service. Great atmosphere. Second to none.

This will be the first time I am scoring a Mortons at three stars. As soon as we stepped in, the young dirty blonde lady at the front desk was rude in tone and demeanor. Insulting would be a better word to describe her interactions with my wife, who is Native Hawaiian.Overall, I'm seriously disappointed.

Cathrine was an absolute joy! The food was delicious but her energy, friendly demeanor, and outstanding recommendations made the experience very memorable! She is a treasure and should be recognized as such!

(Somewhat take this one with a grain of salt. Why? Because it was during KOP's restaurant week which is always going to make things different from the other 51 weeks out of the year.) Setup: Very easy to go on OpenTable about two weeks prior to make a reservation. Due to various scheduling commitments, the only time we could make work, was a weeknight at 8pm. Two days prior, the restaurant called to confirm the reservation and to confirm if there were any special occasions. Day of: The first impression of being here was extremely off-putting. Arena concert level noise volume between the background music and the overly packed restaurant itself. Nearly impossible to have a conversation with the people at your table unless you're nearly shouting let alone actually hearing the servers. Fwiw, this was a larger issue for us as we had excessively drunk & loud families of 6 & 8 on either side of us. Service: Kind of hit and miss. Two guys were taking care of us, and one was I guess training the other, but it was impossible to tell which was which as they were never working together. I.E., one time server A would bring the water pitcher to refill glasses while server B would just stand there. Then later on B would bring out the soups & salads while A just stood there doing nothing. Vary bizarre way to work. For the most part they kept things moving as well as possible with the exception of the end. Food: The restaurant week menu was good enough and had a decent cross section of things which should keep most people happy. From the starting comp. onion bread loaf to the soups/salads/steaks/chops it was all cooked to perfect temperatures and the add on extras of flavored butters are well worth it. One major hiccup. At the end, two people ordered the souffle for dessert. I guess the pastry staff was way, way behind on this and that held up the entire table from getting dessert for a solid 15-20 minutes. Speaking of dessert, while I guess the souffle is very good, fwiw, the Key Lime Pie is not. Very small and too sweet. Last I checked, lime should have some acidity to it, right? Another fun one is that if you're celebrating a special occasion, the hostess will come around and take a complimentary group picture for you and then write a small note on the inside of the sleeve. All good on the picture and while it is a nice touch, getting the name of the recipient correct would be nicer. (Still not sure who Phyillis is?) It's kind of hit and miss here. The food is certainly good but... I'm glad to have had it in a restaurant week price fixe format versus paying regular a la carte pricing. Way, way too long to wait for dessert and due to it being so busy there really was no ambiance because it was just too damn loud. Nothing like high end food with a Golden Corral atmosphere. Glad we tried it but once is probably enough.

After shopping with the family at the king of Prussia mall, we decided to have a good meal and went to this place. It was empty and they denied us service because of the dress code they have. What a joke. Nobody there was dressed up and we were not wearing bum clothes. Luckily we enjoyed a very good dinner at North Italia restaurant nearby, excellent service and food.

We just had dinner for our 10th year anniversary and it was awful, the server forgot several times our orders from drinks to food and his excuse was that "he wasn't supose to be hear tonight"no one acknowledged our anniversary even that we added the special ocasion when we made the resevation, we are usuals of Marton's and specially this location, usually a manager would always come and check on the table, this is not the case any more, i would think about it twice before coming back, sad

From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We came here for my wife's birthday, and it was just the best time. Our waitress Ali was very nice and attentive to our table coming over and checking on us from time to time. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

Didn't expect for a table of 6 (3 adults, 2 teens, 1 toddler)to spend 3 hours in this restaurant. Restaurant week could have contributed to the slow service but the food was sub par. I had high expectations that were not met.

Service was terrible. Long waits between courses. Plates not cleaned off tables. Drinks not refilled. Asked for horseradish with my crab cocktail. Never got it. Got coffee. No spoon for a few minutes.

We were there during restaurant week & it was very crowded & a beautiful dinner . Our waitress Catherine was outstanding plus her beautiful English accent ( she made sure every single thing was perfect ) I praise her professionalism and appreciation her hospitality. She deserve a raise !! Plus James mayor manager was outstanding . Many thanks Michelle & Chris

Food was good but service was poor. I normally don’t reviews but I felt like I had to. Hostess and manager were rude and waitress was not friendly. We met our friends from Harrisburg there and they didn’t even bother to stay bc of the rude and judgey behavior of the hostess and manager. Out of all the restaurants we have been to in the King of Prussia area, this is definitely the worst service. Sadly we will not be going back.

I regret to inform you that my recent dining experience at Morton The Steak House was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I stepped foot into the establishment, I was greeted by a hostess who seemed to have mistaken hospitality for hostility. Her demeanor was as inviting as a cold slab of meat left out in the sun.The ambiance was as bleak as the hostess's attitude, with dim lighting that did little to hide the restaurant's lack of charm. The decor looked like it hadn't been updated since the 80s, and not in a nostalgic way. It felt more like stumbling into a time warp rather than a fine dining establishment. As for the steak itself, let's just say I've had more tender cuts of meat from a supermarket bargain bin. The steak was overcooked, dry, and lacked any discernible flavor. It was as if the chef had given up halfway through cooking and decided to serve up shoe leather instead. To add insult to injury, the service was abysmal. Our waiter was nowhere to be found when we needed her, and when she did grace us with his presence, she seemed irritated to serve us.In conclusion, if you're looking for a dining experience that leaves a bad taste in your mouth both figuratively and literally, look no further than "Morton The Steak House.” With rude hostesses, lackluster ambiance, and subpar food, this place is a prime example of how not to run a steakhouse. Save your money and your taste buds and dine elsewhere.

Received a call to confirm our reservations and during the call the employee told me about their dress code. No hats, no hoodies, no sweats no sports clothing and no ripped jeans. When we walked in there was a women in ripped jeans being seated. Once we were seated there was a full table of patrons in sweats with hoodies. Why was I told about the dress code yet others were seated with inappropriate attire. Was it because I was white?

Went for Restaurant week. Were treated like 2nd class diners. Both waiters and managers couldn't have cared less. Guess they didn't want us. Poor thing is we've gone before, paid full price and service and food great. Guess they only want orders with big tips.
