The people working here are so great and informative... ALWAYS! My mom and I drive 2 hrs to get here and really look forward to the buying experience. We always walk away smiling and with a new tidbit about a coffee thing

My machine in less than an year, is not functioning right… the orange light keeps blinking 3 times EVERY day I want to make a coffee, and that light means that you have to clean the machine, so that means you have to set the machine to clean its self every day before have coffee, and that takes time (and don’t get me wrong, I am a clean person, the machine is clean, but as I said is not functioning right..

Always great selection, inventory & service. Every experience with them has been A+.

No you cannot buy coffee for drinking on site. V sad. And they are not nice about it.

So great! Got 2 sleeves of pods, the caramel cookie & the iced leggero. The staff was extremely helpful ❤️ I went on 1/4/22 and had a wonderful experience, the guy at checkout actually threw in some free capsules which was so sweet . Only spent $20 total which is very fair. Shoutout to the workers! They were super professional and helped me pick out the perfect pods - they even gave me an extra mailer for recycling the pods!! Excellent service, you guys rock! I’ll be back soon ❤️

We just had the MOST UNBELIEVABLE experience at the Nespresso Boutique in Bloomingdales in the King of Prussia Mall. Manager, Jonathan, and representative, Eric, who we work with all the time we AMAZING! The customer service they displayed was above and beyond! They are SUPER knowledgeable about everything Nespresso from the coffee to the machines to the accessories. This is the reason we travel two hours to buy our Nespresso at their brick and mortar store instead of online. Jonathan and Eric exude customer service and we highly recommend if you are close enough and even if you’re not like we are that you take the time to have the consistent in person experience we always have at the King of Prussia Nespresso Boutique!

Pros: The staff were helpful during our visit. They answered all our questions. You can also try the coffee/espresso flavor before buying it.Con: Just one. No freebies. Or at least you have to buy 15 sleeves to get one free mug or something like that. But if you buy via their website, you have 2 pods always for free.

Keep the warranty close because this machine will break within a year. I’ve had two machines break after a few months of use. Very poorly made.

ou might miss this if you’re driving by but if you’re walking, you won’t!! The smells drug us in and it tastes just as good as it smells. Our waiter was the sweetest and so helpful.

Excellent location. My go to place for pick up pods on the spot.
