The title says it all. Very ordinary pizza. Nicoletta is in one of the food courts. Many other good choices! We will try Vetri at the KOP Mall next!

Looks like it may have closed. Wasn't open when we were there today at lunchtime. Not surprising since this place had changed a lot since they first opened & had gone downhill recently!

Mediocre, at best. The pre-made crusts should have been a dead giveaway. Unspectacular sauce, probably a can. Cheese - cost cutting on portion. Weak. Basil. $22 for 2 personal pans and 2 cans of soda. Blah. Should have picked the Shake Shake.

Not only is to cashier an idiot he screwed up my order several times tonight was the last straw I receive someone else's order I had to come back with the order when I straighten it out and got the order right it was cold and not prepared fully cooked these people have lousy service they need to pay attention 2 people's orders they need to get it right they need to double-check this is time-consuming when people have to come back to correct an order this guy with the tattoo on his arm thinks he's some sort of comedian and I just think he's an idiot for screwing up my order this is the second time there won't be a third time people please reconsider before you go to this Pizzeria they have a couple of clowns working there you're better off going to California Pizza or something

When this place opened up was very good. Now the pizza is horrible. And very expensive.
This looked like it would be a decent pizza place in the mall but boy, I was wrong! The pizza was awful. I ordered a 14" pizza with tomato sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and spinach. There was way too much sauce on the pie. The spinach was flavorless and the sauce was too sweet. Not enough pepperonis. The base and crust was too doughy, it almost seemed like it wasn't cooked all the way. It was not crunchy at all. There's not one thing I liked about the pizza. The 14" is the largest pie they have and I was disappointed when I opened the box. It was not worth $19 and seemed small for a standard size pizza. On a positive note, the worker was really nice and helpful. The food came out quickly and the space is clean. There's so many other options in the mall that I would just avoid this place all together.

This pizza was a little different. The cheese was the base and the tomato sauce was swirled on top kind of like Grotto but kind of not. I definitely prefer a tomato base with cheese on top. I got the personal salsicca for $10.00 which was a good size. Other than wanting more tomato I would have been happy with the pie had the young man who made it not burned the sausages on top.

If you have 4 hungry children after a long car ride, do not order from this place. I placed an order at 5:49 and ended up canceling the order after spending 45 minutes on the phone with GrubHub nearly 2 hours later. Truly terrible delivery service.

Why did I get two classic pies in different size? Because they were doing a buy one regular pie and get a kids pie for free promotion till the end of October (lol). I went to place a regular classic pie order along and I inquired about this promotion, the cashier was not really nice to ask if I had a kid with me. I said yes and pointed my kids who were sitting at a table to her, then she did give me a free kids size pie. The promotion advertisement did not mention that a kid needs to be present in order to get the free pie though, so I felt there was a little bit fishy! Other than that, the pie was fresh and tasty. The waiting time was reasonable as they made the pie immediately after I placed my order. The lady was nice enough to bring my pies to my table.

Eatable but not great by any stretch of the imagination. Crust is kind of like a thick saltine sauce is rather pasty. Flavor is ok. Just not some place I would recommend and only eat if the lines at the other places were intolerable.
