Came here for dinner after a day of shopping. While I don't have any major complaints about the food, the kids spaghetti meal that they served my 5-year old was less than a toddler sized amount. I had to order 2nds to go for her and this is what they sent back. Shameful.

A large group of 20 of us came here for lunch during our Christian retreat. Terrible disappointing experience.
Firstly, it took way too long for the food. One person got their calamari over 30 minutes before the rest of us and it tasted horribly and too salty. Did they just give us unwanted or spoiled food or something?
Then the rest of the food came out. The pizza was way too salty. The salads and chicken were way too bland and poor quality greens. The short rib was way too salty like the pizza. Instructions weren't done right with the meatballs and didn't separate the sauce. The breakfast sandwiches were also messed up; how could they just run out of mayo???
The service was also terrible. Terrible attitudes from the employees. So much disorganization as well. Made the bad food experience even worse.
And it's a shame too. We were hoping this would be a nice break between the busy day. God didn't bless this experience or this restaurant.

Food took a while for food to come out (basic salads & pizza), however, it was busy with the holiday crowd. Our server was super friendly however the food was underwhelming. A lot of better options available in KOP, especially Italian.
It was our first time there. Food & drinks were excellent! Our server Aaron was amazing. Thank you.
Fantastic food had the spicy rigatoni that was phenomenal. Great service love all the windows lovely selection of wine.
Wonderful evening with a friend, complimented by amazing food and impeccable service! This place never disappoints! Trust me fall menu is really delicious!!!
It was as good as it always is. The grilled bread which is served with olive oil, balsamic and Parmesan was perfectly grilled and not over charred. I had the Sunday lasagna (after all it was Sunday) which was layered braised short rib, Italian sausage, a little rustic marinara, ricotta, and provolone . It was rich & delicious. My husband has the spicy meatball pizza which is a red sauce pizza with the heat coming from provolone picante. The crust had just the right balance between chewy and crunchy. They have an extensive Italian list. We shared glasses of the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Valpolicella and the Super Tuscan. I wish we lived closer.
Our small group had a great time, and each of us enjoyed our cocktails, small plates, and entrees. Our server was really nice and friendly! I recommend this place and plan to return!
This was my first time dining at North Italia. Food was delicious, perfect size portions. I would definitely go again.
I’m really disappointed with North Italia. The quality has gone downhill. My pasta came out completely dry, and when I asked for extra sauce, they actually tried to charge for it! That’s crazy — the noodles were already dry to begin with, and instead of fixing the issue, they nickel-and-dime you. The food just didn’t taste good at all, and the overall experience was frustrating. Definitely not worth the price anymore. I do not recommend this place.

This was my first time visiting this amazing restaurant and not only is the food incredible with a slight flare of mixtures from
Other cultures but my most
Favorite thing about this establishment is our waitress, Veronica, who made the whole experience that much more homey and awesome! So thank you North Italia and Veronica for an excellent experience here!

Second time here for brunch. Food was tasty, except for my pigs in purgatory in which the eggs were very hard boiled. The drinks are spiced just right. The breakfast donuts you have to get.

Our first time at this restaurant was Sunday, 11/2/25, approx 5:30. Our first impression was this was a cool, lively place, with lots of people already seated. I immediately noticed that many people had coats on. The restaurant was so uncomfortably cold, that right away it made the experience rough. If the house manager wasn’t observant enough to notice the majority of people were not taking their coats off to eat, that it was probably too cold and should turn up the A/C, that’s a problem! Then I visited the ladies room! It reeked of urine! The odor was so intense, it was what one would expect at a gas station bathroom that rarely gets attention ..disgusting. There was water all over the sinks, toilet tissue on the floor. I don’t know how a ladies room that is properly cleaned and sanitized could smell so gross.
Our server, Elaine S, was very welcoming and pleasant, but not very attentive. While greeting us and taking our order, she constantly touched her hair and after serving our food, there was black hair on our table. We had to ask her 3 times to bring the cheese and pepper flakes, that she offered, when she took our order.
The food was mediocre, at best. For the price of the pappardelle bolognese, you got a very small portion. True bolognese is very meaty. It was more of a meat sauce (all sauce with a few specks of meat). There was no complimentary bread or breadsticks for the table..cheap shot. No accompanying side salads either. This was not a good experience and my husband and I will not be returning.
