The Berry Bar

I had been here a few times before and was excited to return with a few friends that had never been. Our server Paul was great and made some really amazing recommendations. However I was there for the chicken empenadas and was disappointed they were removed from the menu. We tried the braised beef empenadas as an alternative at the managers suggestion but our group did not like them at all. Although some of the other members items my friends had chosen were very good. I wasn't pleased with my choice because my reason for recommending this place to friends was particularly due to the chicken empenadas I had my heart set on. But thank you Paul you made our overall experience great!

Worst service! We waited 25 minutes to be served, and when the waitress took our order, she took about 15 more minutes to bring the drinks. I'm going to think that it wasn't because of racism, but the others who arrived later were attended first.

This was my first excursion into the cuisine of Latin America, but more like Latin fusion. If your palette craves new experiences, Paladar is an amusement park of tasteful indulgences with flavors, smells and tastes that delight. We were so taken that we all shared our dishes with, "Oh, wow! You gotta try this!" From starters to entres to desserts to mixed drinks, our first time won Paladar many return visits. From the ambiance to the enthusiastic wait staff to the amazing speed in which the entres were served, Bravo Paladar. You did it right!Vegetarian options: Hardly any true vegetarian options.Parking: Depending on when you get there, parking can be hard to find as choice spots fill up at dinner hour and prolly worse Fridays and Saturdays. To save time, park at Wegmans and walk a minute or two to Paladar.

I made a reservation at 930pm. I walked in at 934 and Noone was in front to seat me. A girl came out at 935 and I said I had a reservation and she said we closed. I kindly asked her there is no grace period? She said no, we closed. I was like ok and then another lady came out (which was probably the manager) and the girl asked if I can be seated bc I had a reservation and the lady said absolutely especially if she had a reservation. I was already annoyed that the girl was soo quick to say they closed, already put a bad taste in my mouth. That should've been a sign to leave. I was just here 2 weeks ago so I knew what I wanted. I wanted the seafood steak which comes with toasted bread and a bed of rice. I literally only waited 10 min and all of my food came out. The bread wasn't toasted and it definitely didn't taste like what I had 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed. They rushed my food.
