Love Panera! I know they are know for their bread but they need some thinner breads for seniors & people watching their weight

I can't remember the name of the sandwich, but it had chicken and peppers on it. Very tasty.

Used to really enjoy Panera but will never be back. The elderly gentleman is the most rude person I’ve met in a restaurant in recent memory. No welcoming greeting, actually he was looking at his phone knowing I was standing there, then “greeted” with a “what do you want.” This has happened 3-4 times, the business won’t correct his behavior so I’ll avoid all Panera bread locations. Save yourself the hassle of being mistreated as there are TONS of restaurants in KOP.

Food was spectacular as always. The only issues were an associate was cleaning the ceiling right above opened bags of bread, and an associate prepping the food scratched her face with her gloves on, but didn't change out the gloves.

Tuna melt was delicious. I always modify my tuna sandwich to the way the ingredients use to be before they change their recipe for all their items. Panera has the best tuna hands down. And I love a location that have good customer service. Thank you to the young man who made my tuna sandwich and turned it into a tuna melt. Appreciative.

The food was disgusting - I got a soup and salad. The salad consisted of old, half-rotted, bagged iceberg lettuce that tasted and smelled nasty, chicken that was pretty much thick-cut, slimy, flavorless deli chicken, and the dressing was barely there and tasted very watered down. The soup was half gloopy with artificial binders and turned into a disgusting thick mass after 3 minutes of cooling. Now I remember why I vowed never to return to Panera after my last visit 2 years ago. Paid $16, threw more than half of my meal away, and left hungry and nervous that I caught E. Coli from old bagged salad. Never again.

Everyone is very nice, but I have to give a shout out to Vince. In the three years I have been visiting the king of Prussia location, Vince has always been polite, friendly, professional and goes above and beyond no matter how many tasks he is juggling. He’s an incredible employee and shining example of what incredible customer service should be and can be. I hope Panera knows how valuable he is along with all of the employees there, everyone is so friendly. Besides that, the food is top quality, consistent every time. Flavors hit the mark on everything; super selections amazing breakfasts and everything is very clean! If asked, my only suggestion is maybe try different bagels, more dense not so soft and switch up desserts more often. Bring back green goddess veggie sandwich, it was the best! Great lattes and cappuccinos! Good job, highly recommend !

This place has gone downhill. Used to go here all the time when I worked nearby and it was good. Was in the areas so I thought I would go back. Got the Chicken Avocado BLT. It was AWFUL! If you like a bread sandwich with tomato lettuce and avocado you would love it, but I like Chicken and bacon. There was a half a piece of bacon on each half of my sandwich and little tiny pieces of chicken that fell out as soon as I picked it up. Terrible. I threw most of it out. The best part of the meal was the pickle which was average. $16 and change in the trash can. Also, they no longer offer lemon for the iced tea. I guess they are cutting costs at the expense of customer satisfaction. Won’t go back.

Clean restaurant, 7 tap-to-order machines along with a counter and an assistant if you don't like technology (or these machines-- not so intuitive). Ambience is great, this location is surrounded by businesses and residential areas. Food on point as always. 10/10
