Disclaimer: To be fair, I am only rating based on it being a take out chain pizza. This by no means is top of the line pizza. It's good for what it is. I am also only basing the rating on my most recent Papa John purchase. It was fresh, hot and tasty. Very good for money and quick pick-up.
Love the food but the person at the register expected me to read his mind or something. I was waiting for him to tell me when i could tap my card but he was just staring at me w/o saying anything. Everything else was good!
Pizza is fine. But the overall experience is rather poor: 1) the waiting area is kinda dirty--for a takeout pizza place, this is not really acceptable as no one is eating here; 2) tonight's front person, aka, cashier, is hard to communicate with; I don't think a business should put someone with language barriers in the front; 3) we ordered a large meat lover and asked for paper plates--first the guy didn’t understand what paper plates mean; when he eventually got it,...
