Food and drink are alright. Ordered the Gyu don and strawberry yogurt. The beef slices were very tender and well-seasoned.  However, it wasn’t the best option to add additional sides, the portion for the add-ons are small. I would recommend have add the chili oil to add a kick.

Ramen went up $2 more in just a year and the quality has gone down substantially. Ramen cost $16.75 now! Won’t be back. Video is from a year ago, when the quality was good and consistent. Now it’s just watered down mush!

Terrible, rude service. My kids ordered and paid right before me. They got their drinks and had it drank before I got mine. People who ordered after me got their orders. I was standing in line to get my money back when my drink finally got done. It was a simple drink and took over 20 minutes. Never again.

Service was really rude. Drink on menu claims it comes with milk foam while I only get plain tea. I won’t order it if there ain’t cream. I argued with cashier, she’s very impatient, said they stopped offering free cream anymore and it costed 1 dollar more. I waited there almost 5 mins while they’re checking their menu. They’d better change menu other than arguing with me. Won’t go back again.

Fantastic tea based drinks options to keep you going during shopping spree. We had a strawberry milk tea with foam and Pineapple Passion Fruit tea with jelly.. both were delicious. Friendly and quick service with plenty of dining space.

The soup was absolutely terrible. The flavor was horrendous, and tasted powdery. The QU signature noodle soup tasted expired and bitter in an odd way. In addition to the awful food, they add a 25% addition tip charge for to go even if it was one thing and I didn’t authorize the charge.SO BEWEAR THAT THEY WILL ADD AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO YOUR BILL AT THE ENDCheaters.

It was an OK ramen, nothing more. The broth was just average, not much of a taste. Big plus for the noodles (a lot and pretty good). The portion was enough to fulfill. Price is way too high for the quality. Not recommended, there are better places around with better ramen for similar (or cheaper) price.Edit 30.09.23. I gave this place a second chance. Ate a spicy custom made ramen, and I have to honestly say that it was the worst ramen I ever had. Broth was just extremely spicy and thats all, literally zero taste!Complete waste of money!

I give it a 4 on atmosphere because simply it's a mall. The food is delicious, the milk tea is amazing. Friendly service, great prices. I got the double protein with fried rice and it was all delicious. My on complaint about the good though is the portion size. You should get more for your money. A double protein only came with 5 pieces of chicken.

Decent mall ramen.I got the QU special, which was advertised as spicy, and the spice level is quite tolerable. There were a few pieces of meat inside and the broth was flavorful and hot.I had asked to substitute for udon noodles over the regular noodles for an up charge, so I cannot speak to the regular noodles.Overall, I would consider eating here again but don’t expect the same quality as a dedicated ramen restaurant, this is food court ramen after all.

I wasn't expecting much due to the other reviews but I wanted spicy broth and decided to give this place a try. BOY, I WAS NOT and I repeat NOT DISAPPOINTED. I opt to make my own ramen and got udon noodles with the spicy broth, boy chop and eggs. Everything was fresh and delish. It was also spicy that my nose ran towards the end ? and I'm Caribbean I love spicy food so it hit the spot. My bf got the Que special or signature haha can't remember the name of it but it was also really really good. He never drinks the broth and in this case he did! I tried some of his and I enjoyed it too. Definitely give it a try. Compare to the many ramen spots I've been to, this one, especially since it's mall food was really good. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely go!

Weak and thin ramen broth, propped up by chili oil and fried shallot for flavor. The restaurant seems self-aware and makes up for its shortcoming using a generous assortment of toppings. To me, broth is the most important element in ramen, so I finished the meal feeling unsatisfied. No amount of topping can make up for lackluster broth.

Takoyaki was decent. Ramen price was cheap and it was alright. The egg in the ramen was good thought!!
