Was what you would expect from Red Lobster. Only disappointing detail was had 7:15 reservations and were not seated until 7:53.
Very disappointed. The food is not what it used to be. Smh. Not going back anymore.

So my service was good, but the dirty tables were not something I chose to view while eating my meal. The shrimp was too salty and it wasn’t pleasant to eat. Not sure if we’ll be back any time soon. The biscuits were delicious as always was my best thing I ate there.

I just had the endless shrimp and all I can say is that they were unbelievable. I’m going back tomorrow. The service was just as good. They let you start with 3 options now instead of 2… $20 endless shrimp…. Deal of a lifetime

This place used to be the spot for a good time and great seafood but pre Covid Red Lobster and post Covid Red Lobster are two different places. I brought my daughter to the one in King of Prussia last night to celebrate getting accepted into college. She wanted to taste Lobster for the first time and was so excited. Unfortunately, the Lobster she was served was so dry, her butter was cold and our server had on sweats and wasn’t friendly. We didn’t complain and still tipped well but I felt so bad when we left she didn’t even want a box. I’ll be taking her out again for a good meal, elsewhere. Very disappointing.
Terribly managed, sat for 20 min before order was taken, waited 30 min for appetizers, no plates due to “waiting on the dishwasher” , employee fight broke out at the bar. Just an absolutely terrible experience that likely all stems from management down…

The staff had horrible attitudes towards everybody and we had to ask for everything twice. They messed up our food and forgot items. This specific location needs better staff

I would like to thank the manager at this Red Lobster location. My wife paid full price for a chocolate wave cake for a family member and only received half of the cake. My wife was very upset to say the least. My 1st post was a Red Lobster attack. My wife called this location and made a complaint about the cake. The next day the lead manager called my wife back and made everything right 💯. He was sorry about the mistake and we received a full refund. I think he's name was Corbin, but I'm not sure. Anyway think you for getting back to us💯.

Service makes or breaks the dining experience, and the waiter “Jules” absolutely ruined it before it even started. Pretty sure she was in a bad mood because there is no other explanation as to why she was acting the way she was. It wasn’t even with me at first, she had an attitude with the table right behind me the moment I walked in. Jules proceeds to bring waters, and asked “do you know what you want” referring to the menu. I let it go, ask for my girlfriend’s meal, and Jules proceeds to say “sides” as a statement, as if our presence was bothering her. I look at her and say “what” , to which she answers in a rude tone. I let THAT go as well. The final straw was when she asked “what else” . At this point I ask for the check for a drink that was ordered and canceled the mains and left. Her attitude has absolutely 0 place in food service and must immediately be addressed. Not sure if it was a bad day or she is always like that, but it was completely intolerable. I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with her during their lunch/dinner.

I have eaten at several other Red Lobsters and never experienced such poor service and bad food. My salad was warmer than my soup! It was swimming in dressing. One of my guests took the tomato off his burger and it was frozen solid. Another guest had the lobster linguini and it was unlike the same dis ordered at other Red Lobster restaurants. The restaurant was wide open and they continued to pack people into one area. This included a table of 6 or 8 --- with two babies and another child that spent time crawling on the floor.

When we got there place was empty...then ppl started to arrive but waitress only came once to check on us. When done we had to wait awhile... manager came to bring bill.
