The food and atmosphere here at this restaurant never seem to disappoint. Our waiter, Jason is very attentive and friendly.
Tina was a great server. Great food! The host chased us down in the bathroom because we left our credit card!! Great service! Definitely would come back
Our food was delicious as usual as was our service. Jason is always very personable, professional and a big part of the reason we keep coming back.
We where there an hour and 45 minutes before our main dishes arrived and two of the steaks were overcooked. The bread took 30 minutes to arrive. They did take 2 entrees off the bill and the apps (which also took a long time) were good. The steaks which were not overcooked were just ok. Big disappointment.
I have never sat so long waiting for a meal in all my life. We arrived at 6:45 and didn't leave until 9. It's not because we were talking. The food took way to long to arrive to the table. I only saw 1 waitress and it looked like she was struggling. My aunt asked for hot tea and that took forever to get to the table. The food was just ok. I could have prepared that at home. The only reason we didn't get up to leave is the fact that my aunt drove from Jersey and she's a little older and set in her ways, so we stayed. But I promise I will never eat there again. I hope no one sends and email and apologize for their horrible service and invites us back. No thank you.
Not a good experience. We had a 6:30pm reservation for 2-people. We place our food order at 6:40pm. We did not get our food until 7:45pm. It's a pricey place so it should be a good experience, unfortunately it horrible. No one communicated anything to us, we just sat there. No plans to ever go back.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing King of Prussia Restaurant Week and chose to dine at Revolutions Chop House. To my surprise, I discovered the restaurant was located inside Valley Forge Casino—a detail I hadn't realized until I arrived. Nevertheless, I was excited to give it a try. Upon entering, we were greeted by the hostess, Mrs. Ernestine, who was honest, friendly, and welcoming. She informed us that there were only two servers on duty that evening. Despite the potential for a longer wait, we decided to stay and enjoy the experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lively yet serene vibe, even on a busy Thursday evening. Our waitress, Tina, stood out with her kindness and attentiveness, skillfully meeting our needs despite managing a sizable workload. The food was exceptional in both taste and presentation—truly reminiscent of a five-star dining experience, but without the steep five-star price tag. Although the wait was longer than usual due to short staffing, the quality of the food and the genuine hospitality of the staff made up for any delays. I wholeheartedly recommend Revolutions Chop House for its delicious cuisine and excellent service. It's a hidden gem worth discovering, offering a fine dining experience at an approachable price point.

The server was extremely kind and apologetic but I should have known that when she warned us it was busy as she was seating us, that there might be some issues. Food and drinks were all insanely late I think we waited a half an hour for just our first round - oysters and sides were fine minus the mushrooms which were extremely burnt, luckily my waitress refunded me... the real kicker though was the steak. I was treating a friend who was also a guest at the convention that weekend, wanted to buy this nice big tomahawk steak for us to split. While it was “cooked” fine done-ness wise- it was also completely burnt around the edges. i'm talking this thing stunk and tasted exactly like burnt propane... I thought it was possibly the mushrooms and it wasn't until I got home with the leftover steak of which I only took about two bites at the restaurant, that I realized the steak itself was also burnt and just extremely smelling and tasting of propane or something it was cooked on. normally I wouldn't complain about something like this, but that steak was over $100 and I'm extremely disappointed. I wish I had asked for a refund for that before I left the restaurant but unfortunately, I didn't really realize that the steak was as bad as it was until I got home and tried it again. Again, I only took about two bites in the restaurant and I'm sure my guest was being courteous by telling me it was good considering I just spent all that money on him. So upsetting and so disappointing. Terrible.
The service was almost impeccable, two of the people in our party ordered lamb chops medium well but came to the table medium rare our server took them back without issue and returned shortly with them to their requested doneness and the guests enjoyed them immensely. The others in our party enjoyed their meal as well. The service from start to finish was attentive and the servers were knowledgeable and helpful with our inquiries and recommendations.
Great experience dining here! The restaurant was a delight, the food was delicious, great service, and charming ambiance. Daily specials are always excellent. Will be coming back!

The service was extremely slow. They were inattentive and the food was not great. I didn't get an appetizer I ordered and was never asked of everything came out ok. Very disappointed.
What a fantastic dinner experience. From being greeted at the door to serving food. Manager Danielle is a treasure. The food was perfect and if there was a clue that something was not done to our liking, they wanted to take it back and make it perfect. One of the best dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. Thank you to everyone at the Revolution Chop House.
