Ruth's Chris Steak House

Best in the area in my opinion as well as the opinion of my my wife. This is always our first choice but sometimes diverge depending on the time when were going out for dinner, for somewhere that is easier to get a table.

Their steaks are tender and flavorful. I like that the steak is served on a hot plate with melted butter. The butter adds extra flavor to the steak. The lobster macaroni and cheese is different because a it has jalapeño peppers mixed in.

The first thing I noticed when we were seated was the dust on the lamp. Service was good. The food was good not great. For a $130 steak I want to be wowed. Would have been better off going to our butcher and cooking at home. We ordered the porterhouse for two. Had to pay extra to substitute the included appetizers. For the price this was a huge disappointment. Will definitely not be going back and can not recommend anyone going.

SMH!! I really thought that my boyfriend and I would have a great story about this place . But unfortunately not! We went here ( our first time) last night for a late Valentine’s Day Dinner. The food was BAD!! We ordered calamari for an appetizer, I had surf & turf and my BF has steak and asparagus! I also ordered Hot Tea with Lemon . Our reservation was for 8pm. It seem like they rushed our food so we could get out. The waiter also kept rushing us. Once we got our food we didn’t like it. Nothing was hot! The Calamari had sauce all over the plate. We like our Sauce on the side. I ordered a well done steak and my bf ordered his steak medium. My WELL DONE steak was pink in the inside . And his Medium was almost Raw !! Like Very Pink!! The manger did come around to our table to asked how we liked everything . We where just so turned off we just said fine. We ran for the door!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK!

The Service; The Staff; The Food; the restaurant itself are all top level. would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone planning a memorable event or just a great meal.

NEVER AGAIN My fiance and I went here on 12/27/19 and it wasn't crowded. Service was awful. Food came out late, no bread, gave us our drinks and I think they forgot about us. It's bad when another customer says "you two are very calm considering the way you're being treated". My steak came out perfect my fiance's not so much, when she spoke about it, the waitress and then the manager acted like it was her fault it was over cooked. The waitress paid us no attention and the manager was no better. Maybe we were not the right type for this Ruth's Chris? When you are paying these prices the food and the service need to be on point. I've been to other Ruth's Chris and food and service were excellent. I won't visit this place ever again not even for a free meal.

My spouse took me for a romantic dinner. It was out first time there. The environment was inviting. The staff was very professional and kind. Our food was nothing less then amazing. I can’t wait to return and share this with all of my family and friends.

The service and food is first class even though the selection is not that big. The environment is fine and sophisticated for pleasure or business. They don't have non alcoholic cocktails. That would be A+.

I'm going to preface my review by saying I don't particularly enjoy chain steakhouses, so take what I say however you want to take it.

Wonderful and exceptional service on Thanksgiving day! Every aspect was catered to, including food allergies. Management very present within dining area. Touching base with guests to ensure satisfaction and wishing all a happy Thanksgiving. Will definitely come back not just for special occasions!

The food and atmosphere is awesome. A little pricier than places in e normally go but it was well worth it. Very friendly service also everytime my water was empty they were right there to fill it. Would definitely go again.

To be honest, I have been in restaurants all.over the country with reputations that draw people to them. Very few live up to the hype. I was skeptical upon my arrival that my evening would be satisfactory. As you can tell by my 5 stars, I was overly pleased. My Lobster tails and Filet were 100% top notch. Our server was fantastic and the atmosphere was cozy.

As expected,high quality steak, well prepared. Wine choices were too "unique" (not much recognizable) and a bit more expensive than there competitors.

Fantastic place to eat food when in a hurry. Their customer service is swift, prices are affordable, excellent ambience. Highly recommended

First off the food was good. The service, not so much. Server forgot my kids drinks to start and then when we asked him about it he replied “oh my god”. Asked if we could substitute the dessert out for something else and he replied it’s a 3 dollar up charge. Received the bill and it was more. Waited forever for refills of our drinks. We were done eating for a good 20 minutes before he returned back to us for dessert or refills or anything. Will not be returning here or Ruth’s Chris in general
