Not sure what this is. Pickle sandwich. Good taste. Wish the ratio was more balanced.

Nice, clean, neat place to have a quality quick and wholesome bite. I got the pho and strawberry lemonade and it was super good. You can tell it was made with quality ingredients. Friendly staff and aesthetically pleasing spot.

Ive been here 3 times because I really want to like this place, but the reality is that the food is mediocre and priced *way* too high, and they haven't improved significantly each time I've been.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and summer, it was a simple order. They gave me a paiger and said it would buzz when my food was done. I waited 30 mins for just 2 sandwiches because the girl forgot to hit the buzzer to notified my food was done, I barely got a sorry!!! What complete unprofessionalism!!! My food sat and waited because your staff was incompetent and was too busy standing around and chatting!

It occurred to me that I haven’t had a banh mi sandwich after living in this area for about two years. Years ago, I’ve lived in places like San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Denver and banh mi was something I ate fairly regularly in those places because there were a lot of great options. I was skeptical of this place because it is in a shopping mall and I typically avoid shopping malls, but the reviews were good so I gave it a shot. I am glad I did. While I have certainly had better banh mi sandwiches, the quality and freshness of the ingredients here exceeded my expectations and the people working were pleasant and nice. Bonus points for being, an extremely clean and well taken care of restaurant.

Freshly made to order dishes, fast service and yummy drinks. Great place to recharge when shopping at KoP!

Vegetarian options: You can swap out animal protein for tofu and have them replace fish sauce with a teriyaki or chili sauce. Same with the pho, there is a vegetarian broth available.

For being a spot in the mall, it was pretty decent. We got veggie ramen and a shrimp banh mi. The ramen was ā€œgoodā€ (from a very picky eater) and the banh mi surprised me how it was executed well. Large, long shrimps and vegetables julienned the whole length of the sandwich. They aren’t hastily throwing stuff together. The katsu was pretty good too. I didn’t love the honey chicken bowl, but they got enough good stuff otherwise that we will be back.
Only complaint I could have, is it took an embarrassingly long time to find it at first - on the upper level.

Really loved the whole ambiance of this restaurant! The summer rolls come with a fish sauce or peanut sauce option - I chose the peanut and it was delicious. The Spicy Beef Noodles had good flavor. I’m glad that there’s a place to get Vietnamese food at King of Prussia Mall now’

Fun little eatery in King of Prussia Mall. So glad it opened, as there aren't nearly enough Vietnamese restaurants in the area, and the one that had been in the Mall closed. The food was delicious! Flavors were full and the ingredients were fresh. And, our order was ready promptly.

We had the tofu Banh Mi, shrimp summer rolls, and chicken skewers. All were excellent choices!

Be aware that this is a very small restaurant, and there are no restrooms on the premises. If you need to wash your hands or use the facilities, you will need to run downstairs to the food court. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of.

Looking forward to our next visit to Saigon Eats!

Vegetarian options: There is a delicious tofu Banh Mi, along with many other vegetarian options.
