This is currently the only Vietnamese spot in the mall, located upstairs by the food court. It’s a canteen style setup—you order at the counter and help yourself to condiments at the self serve station, so don’t wait for a server. They’ll give you a number and you’ll pick up your food when it’s ready. I tried the Short Ribs Deluxe Pho and the Banh Mi, both were pretty good, and the short rib portion was huge, I even had to take some home.
This place is so, so, good! Today was the second time my husband and I went. He got the classic banh Minh and I got the fried chicken one. Husband loved his sandwich, was especially pleased with the quality of the bread (we both are firm believers that good bread is what makes a sandwich great).
