Screwballs Sports Bar & Grille

I’ve been here a few times in the past and I wasn’t impressed. However I have ordered multiple times over the last month for myself and my family, we’ve all been impressed, to say the least! Great food, fast service and fair prices.

Last night we went to Screwballs Sports bar for dinner and to see the Juliano Brothers Band. The food was reasonably priced and very good. The beer on tap was fresh and clean which is a pet peeve of mine. We had great service in a friendly environment which felt like a neighborhood bar. We will go again soon for sure.

I come here for wing night(Monday) and get the dry rub lemon pepper wings with a giant plate of loaded tots. Everything pictured for $30 bucks. What’s there to complain about?

Has the potential to be an amazing sports bar. I ordered 20 wings, 10 extra hot and 10 hot garlic sesame. I was given another flavor instead of extra hot, but I don’t care because they were phenomenal. Wings cooked and sauced PERFECTLY. The bleu cheese is standard. I wish they’d make their own, because I just know it would be good. They had live music that was way too loud, which is not my thing. If it’s yours, you’ll love it. Typical local sports pub - food was quick and tasted good. Our waitress was very friendly.

Great place to hang out and chill and listen to some music and have some food and drinks and watch sports also. The best chicken wings in town. Not lying. Lots of meat on those suckers. I love honey bbq big basket wings. 30 count for $27.00 bucks. Worth it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Really no steps to get into the establishment. Once parked there is a ramp to use then you walk or wheeled into the building. Not steps just small bump at threshold of door that's all.

I’m impressed. It’s way nicer than I thought—maybe I read too many negative reviews. It’s everything you may want from a local sports bar. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. I played safe and got wings while my husband had a burger—both tasted decent. Our server is awesome: Super friendly guy who really made us feel welcomed. I saw him spray and wipe the laminated menus—great hygiene practice. We will definitely go back soon.

What a great local sports bar! They have delicious food in very generous portions. I love the baked beans served as a complimentary side. And it's so much fun to see all their Philly spots memorabilia. Our server did a great job taking care of us.

Good place.. Food is slightly on the higher priced side but pretty good. Drinks are made well. Wouldn't recommend for a large party but group of 4 or less is fine.

My family and I recently enjoyed a dinner at screwballs. The food was great and the service was excellent. Joy was our server and she made the experience special and fun. She provided service that I have not experienced in a long time. I will definitely be returning for the cheesesteaks and amazing service.

First time visiting this gem in the KoP area, but we will definitely be back. Cheese steaks were delicious, service was extremely friendly and helpful when we needed some boxes, and it was nice not having our ears blown out by the TVs or the crowd.

Absolutely fantastic local spot off the beaten path from the rest of the KoP hubbub.
