It was a nice food establishment. Food was good 😊. But the bathroom were AWFUL! like let's hold it to the next spot bad. Bathroom doors didn't locked, a lady walked in on me while I was in the stall. LUCKILY, I was just flushing with my foot (pants pulled up)

Our first time at Shake Shack. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, and I was so excited to bite into that smash burger. Sadly, the burger was just so so. I truly expecting more. But you should stop and give it a try, you may enjoy the food more than me.

First time I'd ever been to a Shake Shack and it was better than I thought. Food was very good. The ordering process is a little goofy but in general a nice experience. I'll try it again.

Placed an order on the app. Then drove 15 minutes to the store. Now the app said my food would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived it had been 20 minutes since placing the order. Although today is New Year’s Eve, they had their usual lunch crowd. I walked to the counter and asked for my food. They told me that it wasn’t ready yet. So I went and leaned against the wall and waited. 10 minutes later I ask again. Again I’m told it wasn’t ready. 30 seconds later a bag and a drink are placed behind the counter. The person behind the counter checked the receipt sticker and walked away. 10 more minutes later and I attempt to ask again, but nobody will help me. Mind you, 4 of the 9 staff members in the kitchen were leaning and not working. I decided that I had waited long enough and asked for a refund. The manager was pleasant and refunded my money. In the time that I waited I counted 27 guests were served. Why the issues with a burger, some nuggets and fries? For $32, I expect much better than this. This is a bad sign when service goes down hill. Do better, do something.

Terrible shrunken sized overpriced burgers. Never again. Shrinkflation. Don’t waste your money. The portions are for kids only.
