I'm sorry but I don't get the hype Ok food that's super over priced for a fast food, quick service experience. I could have had a sit down meal at a decent restaurant for the same price. No disrespect to the employees or owners. The employees are great! I just don't get having to spend $50 on a meal for two people in a fast food setting. The food is served on a tray; no plates or way to share if the food is for multiple people.

Shake Shack is my GO TO fast food burger place! As a vegetarian, one thing I miss is a good burger. When Shake Shack starting offering their Veggie Shack, I fell in LOVE! This burger has the perfect texture and favor. I crave it all the time! Plus, the staff are kind and extremely hard working, the place is clean, and their fries, shakes, and drinks are amazing too!

We arrived around 9pm on a Saturday night and were greeted with double doors without door handles. On the other side of the doors were one of those poles that hold up the ropes that form lines blocking the door. I didn’t know what to think since there were people inside. A customer had to come open the door for us. Got in and ordered a Korean style fried chicken burger and spicy Korean fries. Burger was meh. Meat wasn’t tender or juicy. Didn’t give me Korean vibes. The chicken was small. It didn’t even cover the bread. I ate it out of the wrapper it came in and by the time I got to the middle of the burger, the chicken was gone. Left with half a bun with sauce. The Korean fries was disrespectful to the Korean community. Such a lazy interpretation. All it was was a light dusting of “Kimchi seasoning”. The sauce it came with was ok. Definitely not spicy by any means. Don’t think I’ll be coming back or going to another Shake Shack again.

Their food was soooooooo good!!! Staff made sure to speak with us about the allergens because my niece is allergic to eggs , they took special care to make sure she was safe. They were friendly, clean and attentive. 10/10 for sure!!

Quite disappointed with how bad the service has gotten at this location. I placed a mobile order online for two burgers, side of shack sauce, Korean bbq cheese fries, and a milkshake. My order was on the shelf when I got there but there was no fries, no side, and no straw for my milkshake. This not only shows the lack of attention to detail but also the decreasing quality of service. I will think twice before ordering at this location again.

I did a curbside order. They didn't bring the food out, so I had to go in. I had to get someone's attention because they kept ignoring me. I spent over $40 and did not get much for the money. My burger was sub-par. It did not come close to what the picture was. There was not much avocado, and it was smushed. I got the Korean BBQ fries, and they gave me a cup with sauce in it. It was only filled about 1/3 of the way. I ran out of it way before I finished my fries. I will not be going back there.

Overall very nice experience here. A lot of seating inside. Enjoyed the mushroom burger immensely and the regular burger was good too. Drinks were tasty. The fries could have been a bit fresher.
The hamburgers were good. Tasted like they were homemade and just made fresh! Went at a busy time. Our wait for our food was over 30 min.

Came in around dinner time.Atmosphere:Space was clean, and has a lot of light spilling in from the large open windows next to the dining area.There was not a lot of people there for in dine in, but they seemed to be pretty busy for to-go orders.Ordering process:I decided to order through the provided self order Kiosk. It was relatively easy to navigate. Photos and texts made it simple to know exactly what you are selecting.They use a custom skin for SquareUp which can sometimes struggle with some payment methods at times.Food:I ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger, Cheese fries, and a Soda.The burger comes in a paper holder which should have been an indication for how greasy it ended up being.The cheese fries were okay, but I still am not fully sure what kind of cheese they use, the color seemed a bit off and the description is just labeled as "Our cheese".Parking: This is located in the mall parking lot on the outer edge, so there is more than enough parking.

Last night, on March 8th, at 10:15pm my family and I (4 of us) walked into Shake Shack in KOP. We experienced what we all agree to be the RUDEST employee we have ever encountered at any customer service/restaurant/fast food location. The rest of the staff wasn’t any better either, they were all either on some substance or couldn’t care less about customers. Each of us were done placing our order on the kiosk by 10:23 and sat down. At 10:31 I received a text saying my order was ready - I checked the pick-up counter and didn’t see it. So I waited another 10 minutes and then walked up to the girl who was handing out the orders and asked “excuse me, do you have an order for (name)?” This girls response was SO RUDE I was floored. She said “okay you’ll get a text when it’s ready”, I said I received a text 10 minutes ago saying it was ready and her response was “okay? I will call you when it’s ready.” She was standing there fiddling with the screen and clearing orders before people were even picking them up. 3 of us finally received our order at probably 10:50pm. At 11pm when the store was closing, she came to the floor and told everyone “we are closed please leave.” My party and I said “but the fourth member of our group still didn’t receive his order” and her response just kept getting worse. She proceeded to YELL at us saying “DONT WORRY ABOUT HIM! HE WILL GET HIS FOOD!!” Not worry?? He’s part of my party!! It is now 11pm so he finally asked for a refund which one of the men there refused to give until he made a scene. The staff then proceeded to fight amongst themselves and I saw the girl give the middle finger to her colleagues. Lastly, after waiting nearly 30 minutes still nothing was fresh - soggy fries, cold chicken bites, cold chicken sandwich. This was the most bizarre and horrible Shake Shack experience we have ever had and I am not sure who the manager was but corporate needs to have a conversation with these folks or hire a new staff. Absolutely disgusting behavior and we will never return here again.

And the girl that was working when I was there was so rude and disrespectful. Never coming back.Edit: didn’t even get my food.
