Employees are unaware of how to update the an app to remove a drink when not available. Have ordered on app and then shown up to an empty cup. I don't run into this issue at other Starbucks. I'd avoid this one. You waste your time.

Have gone here a handful of times due to it being near my new job. I ordered an iced latte and I was waiting around for it. Asked one of the batistas if my mobile order was received. She recognized the name and handed me a hot drink with some attitude. I didn't have time to wait for the correct drink. At least it still tasted good. My last encounter here, the app said 3-6 mins for my drink to be ready. Cool, ordered before getting out of work. I got there expecting it to be ready since I showed up minutes past my drink. Ended up waiting an additional 20 mins for my drink to be done. I knew they were busy but I wish the app matched the time for the drink to be ready. Otherwise, wouldn't have gone to Starbucks that day. At least the 5 or so drinks I've gotten tasted good. This branch is not good. I rarely get the right food, the drinks come out burning hot with no sleeves and I have had to keep tissues in my car to clean up the mess when they spill because they never have stoppers.

Good service from a few employees and great atmosphere. But the BIGGEST issue is that the outlet has no consistent timings. They would open whenever and close whenever. I usually walk to the place at like 11am to realize that the place has only drive thru till 12. For instance, today Google says it’s open till 7:30pm and the app says I can order in the store but the outlet is closed. It’s just NOT DEPENDABLE. Decrease the timings if that works better but this needs to become more predictable.

Have your standard Starbucks offerings in terms of food and drinks, but wanted to leave a review to appreciate the staff. I come here every morning for my daily coffee, and I don't think I've seen a day where they're not beyond busy. And in spite of the often impatient customers or occasional technology hiccups, they always just keep pushing along, trying to help and make happy each guest. The staff is very kind, concerned for their customers and tries to be as helpful as possible. Xander in particular is very nice and takes the time to say hello to most if not all guests and really makes people feel welcome. Thanks for the hard-work everyone, I'm sure it doesn't get appreciated enough!

I came in and there were a bunch of people sitting.I didn’t realize that all of them were waiting for the drink. After I waited for 20 plus minutes I asked the associate how many orders are they behind?They didn’t know.I had to run. I didn’t even ask for the refund because I HAD TO GO.There were 2 people there: one making drinks, another one taking orders and mopping.

Understaffed. Took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was at the counter waiting to order.Employees stretched too thin working mobile orders, the window, and counter between 3 of them. Employees were working so hard, they were crushing it.Manager not helping, she's organizing a closet while the tickets and lines pile up and I sit at the counter.Bring on 1 more person to help.

Definitely good coffee extremely rude employees. My coffee was 15min late. I asked two separate employees to lower the sound of the music as I had to take an urgent work meeting. I asked few times and they employees fake promise to lower the loud music until my meeting time. The music remain same and I literally couldn’t hear a thing in my meeting. I had to pick up my stuff and walk to my car to take the video meeting.
