Zero stars first the place itself is was dirty full of trash was really crowded & the fatty guy was absolutely disgusting because I ordered 2 drinks & was waiting in line like 1 hour for 2 miserable drinks & because I left no tip to him he was getting & given their drinks first for those who left him a tip no mattering if they arrived way after than I did I was carrying one of my babies that day the experience was horrible waiting for a whole hour bc of the tip problem that we are having today if you’re not a delivery driver or a waitress NO TIP!!! I will find out your name & im going to review it again nasty employees!!

James (Store manager) was attentive, great customer service proactive and very customer service oriented. And made my Matcha latte very good. The store was clean and very well interior design. Definitely I would come back here. 10/10 ❤️

Ok so I work in the mall so I always order from this Starbucks and my service is A1 every time. But I just wanted to leave this particular review because one of the managers went above and beyond for me. So I did a mobile order but when I got there they didn’t have 1 of my items. They had just gotten delivery and were putting it out, so I agreed that I would just come back later to pick it up. Well I ended up not having to do that because the manager came to my job and brought it to me herself. I thought that was so dope. I really appreciated that and this is why I continue to visit this Starbucks. The people there are so nice and welcoming, I am always satisfied!Thank you!

First off i come here often and when Danny is working she’s the best of all baristas in my opinion super clean, bilingual! and overall super sweet great service from her…but Jazmin the so called supervisor, is trash ? she’s rude , argues with her coworkers infront of customers didn’t say anything when she got my order out and then catches an attitude after i asked if my order was out after waiting 15 mintues !!! honestly she should be fired immediately! Danny should be a supervisor instead !!!!

No hours listed , can’t order ahead

So the lady taking my order was pretty friendly. After ordering a regular iced coffee, I thought it would be sweet enough for me but it wasn’t that sweet so I thought maybe I could add another sweetener. I came back shortly after and the same person who took my order said she couldn’t add another sweetener because it’s an extra charge. This was obviously a mistake on my part, but I know that the motto that Starbucks runs on is to “make the moment right” and she could have easily just given a couple pumps of white mocha or vanilla. I didn’t make a fuss about it and just left. So not a big deal but still pretty disappointed.
