I ordered a mobile before heading to work. The order took longer than the estimated time of 8 - 10 mins. I waited over 20 minutes. I asked how much longer the batista said another 2 orders in front of me. I told him I would like to cancel because I'm going to be late for work. He said he would cancel the order. He never cancel my order. I got charged for a drink I never received. I called the store. They were nice enough to get me a free replacement but they didn't make it correctly.

Very disappointed. It took three tries for the staff to finally get my order right. I had to explain it again each time. This is unacceptable for a place like Starbucks. And the coffee didn’t even taste good in the end.

Employees lack patience with customers — it seems like repeating what they just said is a huge inconvenience if the customer didn’t understand the first time!
They make it very clear that they hate the job they’re doing!

Starbucks in my main / favorite place for my lattes , but service depends on who’s working when you come in, some of the workers/ managers are not as nice, same goes for your drink , have had a few of the young people mess up on my drink a couple of times, last time my latte tasted like milk was burnt, kinda roll the dice on this . Also wish that they’d stop letting the high school kids inn w/o mandatory purchase as a lot of them get water and pile up take over tables & just taking space away from actual customers.

Seemed chaotic/ not organized. Some workers just sitting, the other worker-bee was trying to keep up without appropriate help. I had a large drink order, the cups were only filed only about 3/4 of the cup for the majority of the 7 drinks we ordered. Definitely was not worth the stop.

Erika and Ashley were amazing greating costumers and taking their orders. They were very polite, with a great vibe and super fast. If I would've stayed longer probably we would've ended up chatting a lot!!!! Not for the fact that they were fast, (most Starbucks are always packed) but this is the kind of vibe I want to see when I go to a Starbucks ?... Keep up the great work ladies!!!
