Ruined my lunch. The lady making the sandwiches there has no interest in being there and clearly shows doesnt like what she is doing. First she makes a footlong when I told her a 6 inch. Added so much mayo mustard and sauces that everything was a SOGGY MESS! Learn to make a balanced sandwich. I know Subway can do better than what I had today.Gives no napkins, no bag to hold the meal. Just dis-interested dis-engaged employee.

Left. Charged to much. Wouldn't take coupons or split bill. Horrible and rude.Edit in response to owner:No, the email coupon I received did NOT state, participating stores. Also, the prices didn't state that you charge an additional $3 per meat. We've been to MANY Subway restaurants and NEVER had charges like this. Nit to mention, your staff is incompetent and rude, but you didn't address that.

The worker making my sandwich dropped her AirPod which was in her ear into the sandwich she was making me. We both looked at each other, she took the AirPod out of the sandwich, continued to make it until I interrupted her to stop. I told her I didn’t want to eat that anymore and she took the slice of meat off to just put a fresh piece inside. I proceeded to tell her that was unacceptable and to please make me a new one and she had an attitude the whole time.

My 13-year-old daughter just ate lunch there. She paid with her Apple phone and the person behind the counter forced her to tip. I didn’t realize we were tipping at fast food places. The store took advantage of a 13 year old and made her tip on an already $15 sandwich. Ridiculous!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE A SIDE OF RUDE SERVICE. Absolutely ridiculous staff when I asked why the sandwich cost 25 dollars and up charges for no reason. Entire staff is under trained and would not recommend. The manger herself started yelling at me when I asked a simple question about the pricing and does not know how to treat customers. I have worked in food services for years and have never once treated a customer so rudely. They have no common courtesy to their customers and only know how to yell at them to make a point rather than calmly speaking to them like humans. Along with this, their vegetables and station were not exactly the cleanest. Sandwiches was made horribly messy, incorrect actually, Even in these review the manger/owner has been responding rudely to the people who had bad services claiming “customers should respect the workers equally” They have no perspective of what they’re doing wrong as they are blinded by their own clouded bias. Some comments of the owner also say they will work in training staff but clearly haven’t as the same rude staff has been working there. As someone who comes from food services I give those in food services my utter respect as I understand what they have to deal with in a daily basis. The entire staff was rude and unbelievably disrespectful. The worst experience of my life. I will never go back and would like to warn anyone to stay as far away from this subway as you can when in the KOP mall.

Sandwich was fine. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The man working kept climbing on the counter and standing straight up on it and then climbing down and walking away. He wasn’t friendly and wouldn’t look at you when he asked a question and then gave you an attitude when you wouldn’t answer because you didn’t know he was talking to you.
