Even at a Favorite Restaurant they can have a bad day. Somereason I chose a Chopped chicken Salad at a steakhouse and that was a Rookie Move. Just didn't taste right, chicken seemed borderline cooked...chalk it up to bad choice. Sullivans is always a winner, just missed the mark yesterday. Also they didn't charge me a felt bad. So standing behind their product as they always do.

This was my second time at Sullivans and they didn't disappoint! The food was very good, and the service was efficient. My husband and I will be back!

Service and food were both stellar. The Brussels sprouts and blackened salmon were particularly delicious. Great dinner celebrating our son's high school graduation!

Our waiter was great, but our 8oz steaks were prepared incorrectly, and I think mine was about 5oz. We ordered medium well and received medium rare to almost rare and it was completely flavorless, my lobster although it had good flavor, was under cooked. The sides were pretty good. Wish I had a better experience with the food for around $250. I guess I need to stick to our old faithful Flemmings.

The food is always good, and the atmosphere is lively but civilized. Great place for after work socializing in the bar, or a date night in the dining room.

Our waitress Ruby was amazing. She suggested a drink for me based on what I told her I like and the lavender limoncello was DELICIOUS. she also recommended an appetizer, angry shrimp, and they were amazing. Sweet and spicy, heat does get a bit strong but nothing that bread can't help. Every part of your meal and experience was amazing. I do wish they would follow the dress code like the notice on the door states but it didn't take away from my experience. Favorite restaurant in KOP.

Celebrating a Nova grad at Sullivans with friends. Food-Wow! All 8 of us loved our food!! Even the 16 year old was impressed with his salmon! Never had that happen before! From the salad to the shrimp & strip steak & burger & salmon the food was outstanding! We all ate at a high top table in the bar & our server Kim was amazing! She was on top of everything for everyone & is so personable, hard working & friendly! Totally made our night great!

Somewhat disappointed with our visit. We were a party of 5. Placed our order and thought it would be a good night only to be told about 10 minutes later that they had no iceberg lettuce to make the wedge salad. Disappointing. How can a restaurant not have such a basic item? Ever think about going to a grocery store and buying some? Salads finally arrived. Entrees took a long time to come out but were very tasty. The entire dinner took 2.5 hours!! And they weren't busy! It was a Monday night! One of the filets that was ordered did not come out as ordered and had to be returned. I'm sorry, but at these prices and a nice steakhouse, these are basics that should happen without a 2nd thought. We are repeat visitors in multiple locations, but tonight might have been our last visit for a while. There are plenty of other steakhouses who know how to execute.

Our appetizers were lukewarm and the one steak meal arrived at our table 40 minutes after we finished our salads. We could tell the other entree were held until the steak was finished because they were also lukewarm. We had a kid in our party and the waiter did not inform us of the kid options from the menu. When I asked what the options were, he rattled off some names. I asked, "why didn't you tell us this before?" He shrugged and walked away. It was Mother's Day so maybe that was "the problem." I hadn't been in Sullivan's in some years. I'm not sure when I'll return.

The restaurant could not handle the Mothers Day crowd. Our reservation was for 5:15 pm and didn't get entres until close to 7 pm and we had young kids with us. No one was getting food. Near 7 pm I complained to an assistant manager and we had all of our food within 3 minutes. Amazing. People were sitting at tables for hours looking at the ceiling. Some looked like they took food home without eating at the restaurant. The food was actually good when we got it.

We went for Morher's Day and the food was very sub par! No flavor! The lobster bisque was not good. Our reservations were for 5:15, we did not get our food until 7:05.

Food was good service was very slow. The server did not communicate that well, even though it was Mother's Day. Over all i give it a 6 Thanks

Wait staff and manager exceptional. Mother's Day was busy so a bit slow with food. Nothing was exceptionally good. Steak overcooked; skimpy on the asparagus; topping on sweet potatoes was questionable; lobster and sauce on top of mash potatoes - no comment; onion soup was good however bread in soup tasted stale; shrimp appetizer was delicious as was the hot bread. Given a flower at the end I f the meal was appreciated.

The lamb chops were over salted, and the mashed potatoes were salted to the point of being inedible. The cease salad was good . The service was fair, he forgot a couple things but appeared to be trying.

Our reservation was for 7:15 PM. Our table wasn't ready and not sure if the people at the front desk forgot us. My husband asked 15 minutes later (after I saw people being seated before us). Our server was slow. He was very nice but forgot a couple things that were requested (ie. olive oil for the bread, bernaise sauce, fried onions). The food was okay. Our friends pork chop was overcooked and sent back. Another arrived after everyone had finished eating. We appreciate that it was taken off the bill. The chocolate cake was stale. Why was it served? We left at 10:15 PM, because we couldn't find the waiter. He had trouble manually entering 2 gift certificates. We expected better.
