Maryland and Matt made our anniversary night at Sullivans amazing !!!! Food and drinks were top notch !!!

The food was excellent and our server TJ was excellent! We'll definitely be going back soon.

The food was fantastic! One of the best steaks I ever had. Our waiter Zach was top shelf! Overall highly recommend and would go back.

We went last night to celebrate a birthday dinner. The first sign was that it was literally empty on a Thursday night at 7:45. The bar was empty and the dining room had approximately six other tables. I ordered a Pineapple Martini which literally took 15 minutes to get - my partner went to the bar to look at the bourbon selection and was disappointed with the selection considering they promote their bourbon offerings. Next up was the appetizers and soup and salads all of which were fair. Nothing to knock your socks off. My partner ordered a steak and specifically said Chefs choice for temperature but not purple. No lie, the steak was purple. He took a few bites and offered to pay for dinner because he suggested it but it was his birthday and he felt horrible because he couldn't eat it or enjoy it. Additionally he had the lobster mac and cheese which again were unimpressive and when they came to clear they noticed that it had not been touched outside of a scoop or two. While the waiter was lovely, we understand that this is something out of their control and didn't make a scene since we both come from years of industry experience. My meal, the scallops and risotto were very fishy and hidden under an abundance of salt. It was so disappointing that I feel we need a redo of the evening. While the did bring out a complimentary dessert with happy birthday - we didn't order the creme brûlée which is our go to because we just wanted to leave. The ambiance of the evening was also marred by the guests with the screaming baby that didn't have the courtesy to calm the child at any point making a special night out less enjoyable. I really didn't want to write a review but after reading all of the comments I felt compelled to write because there's definitely an underlying theme here.

The shrimp cocktail had one bad shrimp, and other shrimp that did not look so good My filet mignon was overcooked, and my wife's filet mignon was charred The waiter barely came around. There was polite. Too expensive for the quality of food and service in noise level Last time I was there one year ago was much better Next time I'll go to Morton's steakhouse

Disappointed! There's basically two steak houses in the KofP Mall, don't frequent Sullivan's. First, all of our steaks were OVERLY salted. Our party ordered three steak, two filet mignon and one bone in ribeye each steak was so salted you couldn't taste the flavor of the meat. I finally gave up and stopped eating it. My point is, why I go to a steakhouse if the quality of the meat and flavor the meat taste more like Morton's Salt. Secondly, but not as important the ambience of the place looks like a relic from the 50s. The only redeeming aspect of our dinner is the service was quite good outside of that I would never consider eating at Sullivan's ever again.

Arrived early and had a drink at the bar. Bar was busier than the restaurant which was nice for when we ate our main meal. Had the lettuce wrap app and a couple cocktails. Deviled eggs and ahi tuna apps were great and Steaks were cooked to perfection.

Wonderful experience to celebrate our Anniversary. Our waiter August was Amazing. The Manager Marilyn was very thoughtful as well. We celebrate every year at Sullivan's s it's the perfect place to commemorate special occasions.

This is my 2nd time here. 1st time was rough I forgot to use my gift card so I came back again to use it. Freddie was our server. He was the only one serving. He was running around sweating but he is trying his best to accommodate to make sure we had a good experience. English was broken, but very attending. Huge improvement from 1st time. This server save the rating and will bring me back again. Me and my wife had a good time.

We had a terrible experience. The waiter was horrible. We noticed no beers on the menu and we asked and he said our beer sucks I don't recommend but if you really want I'll go ask.. well not now. We then were there an hour and still didn't have our food and he said sorry they are serving a party so it might be awhile. The steak was good the risotto was crunchy. Dessert which they are known for. My husbands fell apart before it reached us and the waiter said sorry it didn't make it... then the bananas were legit black. I called him over and he said yea that's normal it's fresh I said no... went to talk to chef who said that's normal it was muush and under cooked I said sorry I'm not paying for that. Waiter fought with me it was terrible never again

Everything was great. The bartender, Valentino, was exceptional and extraordinary in his mixology. GM Ken and Michael server / manager is away in a top of the world maintaining great atmosphere.

My waiter was amazing! He was attentive and personable, and an overall nice guy. My food was horrible. The oysters actually scared me a little bit. They were probably the worst I've ever had. Also, my steak was not only undercooked, but blue.

Celebrating a birthday. Elvis handled the group like a true professional. Great knowledge of menu items provided helpful recommendations and answers to questions. Highly suggest asking for his service. Thank you for making the celebration an evening to remember.
