This place has really fallen apart. The steak is below chain steakhouse level. It used to be really good years ago. Now it's just depressing just like their over priced food. My bisque (Campbells soup) was cold and flavorless my steak was Luke warm and also flavorless. Plus our apps and dinner all came out at once. Boy I really miss the Ruth's Chris that closed. The food was actually hot and worth every penny. I should have listen to the others that told me not to go here.

We had a wonderful meal here on 4/10! Our server, Taj, was extremely friendly and the service was truly great. Staff were very friendly and everything came out in a timely manner. We loved our appetizers (calamari and Caesar salad). I had the Chilean sea bass for dinner and loved it! Would recommend to a friend.

Sullivan has been my go to for the past 15 years, I’m King of Prussia. I’ve had nothing but great experiences and much fun over the years. The staff is genuinely very nice, although I have seen a lot of changes it’s still a lot of fun

Nice people and I love the filet mignon with the cabernet-goat cheese butter with the loaded baked potato. Always a pleasure.

I enjoyed my birthday dinner! I started with the Jumbo Shrimp cocktail, my husband had the crab cake and crab/lobster bisque. For our entrée I had the filet mignon and my husband had the porterhouse we both added a broiled lobster. Sides were crab fried rice and sautéed spinach. Delicious from start to finish! They also gave ne a slice of cheese cake topped with fresh strawberries, sauce and whipped cream which was also delicious. Go you won't be disappointed.Parking: Plenty of free parking

We had our first and last visit at Sullivan's recently. It's mostly our own fault for staying after they pulled a bait and switch by not honoring the KOP restaurant week menu. The participating restaurants can exclude certain dates. Which some do. I don't blame the servers at all. It's obviously the management who decided to make the severs keep apologizing to most of the tables in earshot. It is slightly weird hearing the server say, "You wouldn't be satisfied with the restaurant week menu anyway." We should have gotten up and left like we saw a handful of others do. So we decided to stay and try the food because, hey, we're already here and seated. We ordered beef wellington bites, a knock-out martini, ceaser salad, Cajun ribeye, the herb brick chicken, and a peanut butter pie. Honestly, the food was average at best. I was asked if I wanted the salad as an appetizer or with the entrée. I said entrée. The salad sat on the table for about a half hour before my steak arrived. The steak was properly cooked to temperature, but barely had any flavor. The only thing that told us this dinner was high-end was the price. In my opinion, use your money to visit one of the other high-end steak houses in the area.*EDITIt's really cool when they respond to your google review. Attempting to show some concern. So you reach out to them through the channel that they provide, and they haven't responded in over a week. A second let down.

I came here had a reservation for 7 pm i arrived at 7:08 pm I didn’t get seated until after 7:35. Once I sat down they sat another group from the bar beside us who they said couldn’t be seated because of their attire. Then I didn’t get water or bread until after 8:00 pm. I ordered a New York strip and they provided me with filet mignon which wasn’t what I ordered. Then when I told the waiter I didn’t order this he told me it was a New York strip. I didn’t want to go back and fourth with him but what he didn’t know I have been a chef for over 29 years I know the difference between the cut of steaks and taste. I’’ completely disappointed. Today was the first day of Ramadan I was fasting and hungry. I didn’t leave until almost 9 pm and still had to find something to eat. Just horrible I WILL NEVER COME BACK! First and last time

My husband and I went to Sullivan's in King of Prussia on Tuesday March 12, 2024 for a quick get away for "Happy Hour". When we arrived there was 3 women at the one end of the bar and a couple at the other end, so we sat in the middle. Took quite awhile for the bartender to even acknowledge us. We finally placed our order for 2 drinks and the asked if we could also order our appetizers, but he continued to keep his conversation going with the 3 ladies while taking our order (which is so disrespectful to us) and told us that his computer is very slow and the kitchen is getting his orders all wrong! We started to look around behind the bar and noticed dirty dishes piled all around and food sitting around the bar service area and what I am guessing was the bartenders food sitting behind the bar (not at all sanitary). The couple beside us got up and left the women told me that it was her worst experience and would not be back! Also while we were there 2 other couples came and left after a short time of no service (one women had to get out of her pocketbook some wipes to clean the bar off, but left due to no service (they got menus but the bartender never came back to take any orders). As we left the bar, we noticed on a barstool beside the opening to the bar was a large white pail with a strainer that they were using to strain their knockout martini (but this pail was sitting out for anyone to drop anything in it) Also the tables next to the windows, 2 were just sitting all dirty with dirty dishes and dirty glasses. What ever happened to the Sullivan's that was top notch! So very disappointed ~ is it their management that don't care? Come on and let's be sanitary and what ever happened to customer service, I am a patient person and understand the shortage of workers, but their were 3 people standing at the hostess stand! I just cannot tolerate rudeness and disrespect. Food server was great and so was the food Drink was just ok Service and cleanliness was outrageous.

AVOID. Bad service, expensive food that comes out poorly prepared and staff and management that shouldn't be working in hospitality.

The Lobster Bisque was outstanding. Outside of the soup, the experience was awful. Service was nonexistent even on a quiet night. Extremely slow, food was either overcooked, cold, or incorrect. By far, it was the worst fine dining experience I've ever endured. I've been looking forward to trying Sullivan's for a long time. However, it was a complete disappointment. This restaurant doesn't live up to an average Applebee's, which is sad for the prices they charge.

Service and drinks were excellent! My steak was a bit dry, but the rest of the food was delicious. I still miss the oil they used to give with their bread.
