sweetgreen - Healthy Salads, Wraps, and Bowls

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I’m at the point where I feel like I have to.

I just received another delivery order from the Sweetgreen at King of Prussia Mall, and once again there were multiple issues. My wrap arrived without the dressing, which is a key part of the meal. Without it, the wrap is incredibly dry and not the experience you’re paying for.

On top of that, my drink arrived uncovered with a large opening at the top. That made me uncomfortable drinking it because there’s no way to know what may have gotten into it during delivery.

The most frustrating part is that this isn’t a one-time mistake. It feels like every time I order delivery from this location, something is wrong and I end up having to contact customer support. In the past I’ve received an empty cup instead of my drink, and they’ve forgotten sauces and dressings on multiple occasions.

Everyone makes mistakes occasionally, but when the same issues happen over and over, it becomes a pattern. I enjoy Sweetgreen’s food, but the quality control at this location, especially for delivery orders, really needs improvement. I hope management takes a closer look at their order accuracy and packaging because it’s disappointing to keep paying for meals that arrive incomplete.

Ordered samlon. The employee asked somebody else “are we getting new salmon” after seeing what he was about to give me was not fresh and was too small. I did not have the courage to say i do not accept was he was about to hand me. I do not want to have to have that courage, just want there to be standards. Second time coming, first time was fine. Not worth coming to such a place where that can happen.

The workers were so rude that it made my whole day terrible. I’ve never met anyone more rude. Get new workers. Please.

We stopped here for lunch. The food was excellent, the pricing very fair, and the customer service far exceeded our expectations. Our server Neveah was cheerful, polite, quick and professional. As an RN I also want to thank the management for displaying What to do in case of choking poster. Thank you.

The service is not great. they did not want to listen what Costumer asked and they keep putting items that not supposed to be in the plate. I received cilantro and carrots which I told them I don’t want in my plate and the cilantro is old. i had to picked on that. I don’t think this place will be my fave anymore very bad experience of KOP branch

They will not give you a cup for fountain water, absolute despicable service.

The taste and portions are great but the customer service SUCKS. They will leave 2 whole servings of white rice left in their container and then refuse to give you any because they are “out”. And they aren’t even nice about it, they’re very rude and mean. They won’t give you a water cup either. The only kind worker is the older gentleman that is baldish with gray hair on the sides.

I ordered the Harvest Bowl with chicken that has been on special for $10. I was overcharged - $15 and there is NO chicken. Not one piece of chicken.

The portions are generous, everything is chopped nicely, and the ingredients are consistently fresh. Service is fast pretty fast, the staff is great. Compared to other branches, this is one of the better ones.

Wasn't able to eat the kale from my salad, which was most of the bowl. It had a super strong salty taste to it. Not sure if they rinsed it in a solution or something, but it was inedible. The avocado was fresh and firm though, so at least I ate something good.
Update: I emailed to the exact address that was provided in the owners response and it was not a valid email address. So I went from a 2 star review to a 1 star review for the customer service experience.
