The drive thru stinks, but going in to order is really nice. I think they’re faster if you go inside. Taco Bell got the assignment right on my order.

Ordered on the app. Items were missing, app was incorrect and misleading, location ignored my 6 phone calls for 20 straight minutes, and when I reported issues through app they did nothing except give me an automated $10 off my next order… I will not be using it.
I had an issue with the delivery address and tried to call the taco bell location to clarify, but the location shown on the map was incorrect and closed. I then attempted to report an issue and the correct taco bell location (a different one from the incorrect one shown on the map) was listed, so I called that location 6 times over the course of 20 minutes and each time the call was ignored until an automated message dismissed me. Eventually, I got the driver’s number and called him to clarify the address, but when items arrived many were missing/incorrect. The street chalupas were entirely missing, which was a large issue as my diabetic friend took insulin to account for the chalupas and then had to scrounge up carbs to compensate for the missing chalupas. The fire and hot sauces were also missing and we instead received avocado salsa we did not order. Additionally, we added sour cream to both crunchy tacos and were upcharged for it, but the tacos did not have sour cream on them. I reported issues to the app and they gave me an automated $10 off my next order valid for 90 days. I will not be using it. Taco Bell King of Prussia refund my order or count your days.

Ordered door dash for 1 meal two dashers cancelled, waited for order for an hour and 20 mins and was never made had to cancel the order cant rate food as it was never made.
