The food/service was wonderful. There is a changing table available in a clean private area, but it felt loose and unstable-likely from someone sitting on it. It didn't feel very safe to use.

Food was not good at all. Too well done. Avacodo toast you get 3 very petite pieces of bread with a spread of avacodo and a cut tomato. Ridiculously priced

Place is quite busy,lot of people come to take food and not seathing there and have food but the atmosphere appeared nice

It was a little warm, so environmental was not working as it should. My chicken dish was good and cooked well, not worth the money however. Also the mashed potatoes were gummy so they had been whipped too long. The fries, sandwich and salad my friends had were very good.

And as expected the various cheesecakes we had for dessert were fantastic, we'll made, delicious and decorated nicely. I had the pineapple upside-down cheesecake and I thoroughly enjoyed the mix of actual cake and cheesecake making it not nearly as rich as I was afraid it might be otherwise. A great choice for me.

When I called they wouldn't let me make a reservation even though they do take reservations. The Food is terrible and the waits are super long. Never as soon as they say. Not worth the wait or price.

Waited 1 hour for a old fashioned burger with the patty that was the same size as the tomato slice. Kitchen backup is not an excuse, other tables that sat down after us got their food and left before we got our food.

Average food. Good cheesecake but $12 a slice? No thank you.

Excellent food. The mac n cheese balls were bomb. The Chipotle chicken is spicy but also delicious. The KOP location was so busy and the service was what you'd expect for a packed restaurant. It was loud and a bit chaotic but they were busy.

I usually enjoy the food at the Cheesecake Factory, but I think it's my duty as a Peruvian to mention that the Peruvian Chicken needs to be removed from your menu. It was a nice surprise to see new menu items but that dish was AWFUL!!! First of all the combination of ingredients is not very Peruvian, but I was hoping that the chicken at least had a nice flavor. It didn't!! Sorry Cheesecake Factory but this new item menu taste HORRIBLE!!!
