This place never fails to perform. Waitress was very kind and recommended a plate when I had questions. Plates were sizable, tasty, and diverse. Possibly the widest menu you will ever see, both for entrees and desserts. Cheesecakes were by no surprise phenomenal as well. Was some slight waiting, but that is to be expected in a place as popular as this. Great location in the KOP mall, and options for outdoor seating. Will be coming back.

It's just a very nice restaurant to go and have a great meal. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, service is very attentive, upbeat and quick. They have a system which they have developed over almost 50 years that works flawlessly from the moment you walk in. As for the food, there are lots of good dishes in the huge menu. Please don't go if you are on a diet, although they do have a 'SkinnyLicious' menu for people who want to keep the calories down! You have to try the avocado eggrolls which come with a delicious sauce, and any of the desserts will make you very happy. Highly recommended.

This location is for any dirtball that likes to eat in filth. The plates are disgustingly dirty. There are fruit flies flying all over the place which is a sign of filth. Tables and menus are sticky like for what reason? Is this Friendlys instead of The Cheesecake Factory?
Whoever is running this location does not give a crap about quality. I got a side Caesar salad and the lettuce was brown; they tried to cover the spoiled lettuce with warm ass Caesar dressing. Croutons were so stale I just couldn’t fathom why management hates their guests so much they would serve such garbage. Server recommended the Chicken Madeira and I got served 2 chicken hockey pucks smothered in some kind of thin sauce .. I don’t even know, that was also disgusting. Mashed potatoes tasted like there was still dirt on the skins before mashing, like they don’t check or wash their produce or something during prep.
This place is not worth the money or time. If you want to enjoy the Cheesecake Factory KOP, I guess get the free bread and your slice of cheesecake to go, I wouldn’t even sit at the bar because the place smells like a dirty ass old liquor sticky swamp with a bunch of fruit flies joining you on your night out.
These chain restaurants don’t give a shit if you have a good experience anymore. They charge $25 for a plate of nasty ass food, served on a dirty ass plate with dirty ass silverware. I’m so disgusted they should probably have the health department come out because I can only imagine what their kitchen looks like.
Management should be ashamed of themselves, for real. Yall aren’t giving anyone a good service with your restaurant operating the way it does. So foul

Food was great. It was very busy. We were seated by where the wait staff go in and out, but it was ok. Our waitress was very busy and did not come back till the end.

We recently visited The Cheesecake Factory and had an amazing experience. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes. We ordered TEX MEX EGGROLLS, CHICKEN POT STICKERS, FRIED CALAMARI and BUFFALO BLASTS we enjoyed all the dishes. We liked chicken pot stickers which has lot of rich flavors added. We had to wait for 40mins, i would recommend to make a reservation ahead of arrival. The service was little late, friendly and attentive staff. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and a delightful dessert.

We went to King of Prussia cheese cake factory and ordered old fashioned burgers. I asked for no onions 3 times because I have a food allergy. We'll! When my food came back I had so many onions on it. The waitress kept telling us she was new but your ears work right? I didn't have my epipen. My mother asked for no cheese and they put cheese on it. We waited for 45 minutes for our food to have it come back wrong. I'm starving. I didn't pay for anything and I will never return. The cheese cake factory sucks.

This location in King of Prussia,PA...trash was on the floor (dirty napkins, food, etc). They seated us within 2 mins. They saw trash on the floor all around us and never picked it up. I saw trash under other tables too; they need to sweep before they seat; crowded or not. Buffalo wings were super soft: even with a crunchy appearance it wasn't crunchy at all very soft. I ordered broccoli in my pasta I only received 5 average size pieces. The parmesan cheese isn't tasty at all it has a gas sour like aftertaste. They need to go back to the original version they had before. The bill had a QR code and I am traditionally old school with the write on the lines; I had to make a request to get this type of receipt whereas I preferred for it to be my first option not the QR codes (too many steps); the old school way is much quicker and convenient. The waitress was nice yet, we had to request for things more than once. I tip based on the performance (old school) way; I give what I want. The top request is sky high yet the performance of service doesn't align with the high price request of tips. Besides these adjustments I have just made for better service; food was good and the bill price was good. I enjoyed the refills.

Parking: Love that free parking for sure.

We sat at the bar since it was long wait for a table. The drinks were very good even thought it took a little longer to get them because it was a busy Friday night. The eggroll sampler was decent but I feel like the portion size has definitely gotten smaller. A few of the rolls could also be cooked longer so they would be crispier. They seemed undercooked to us. The Steak Diane and Chicken Madiera tasted good but the steak was very thin and kind of cold compared to the chicken. We were happy with the side caesar and cheesecake we took home to eat.

Our service should fired immediately. As we were patiently waiting on our order my wife said she (the server) never brought us bread.
The server heard my wife and stormed the table yelling when you arrived no bread was ready it is still being made, and she literally slammed the containing my beverage onto the table so hard we were surprised that it didn't shatter.
Then she brings the food, and it was not what I ordered.
I explained that I ordered a Rib Eyes Steak, and I merely asked a question about what she had brought me.
After she stood there and argued with me, I said
" Fine no problem please bring us bread."
Lol to our amazement she refused and when walking past our table she was actually waving the bread at us. As to say I have
bread and you can't have any.
No, I am not joking this actually happened I can prove it my wife
recorded it.
I then ordered what I had originally requested not only was I double charged for it the Rib eye was practically raw,
Ok you made you point inter racial couples are not welcome at
the Cheesecake Factory so, we will never be back.

Let me be clear: This 2-star review is for the two front hostesses alone, especially the one whose job is to take customers to the table (we are here 11:40 am on 12/07/2024, if management really wants to do something about it).

We are a couple coming out to have a relaxing lunch on a sunny Saturday. The front hostesses almost ruined it completely. When we arrived, the restaurant wasn't full. But they wanted to sit us in the darkest corner in the back immediately adjacent to the back exit--TWICE!

First time, we told the hostess nicely that we don't want to sit in the dark back corner; we prefer somewhere brighter, where everyone else is sitting. She immediately gave us an attitude, saying we have to go back to the front. No problem, we went back to the front.

Second time, the hostess took us to the same spot across the aisle of the first back corner table she tried to sit us. We were shocked and said no. Her attitude got worse and back again we went to the front. We asked the other hostess why trying to sit us adjacent to the same back exit twice when we were clear about our seating preference the first time. She said the other one didn't tell her about it.

Then eventually, the third time, the hostess took two of us to a gigantic booth in the middle as if to put us on the spot like fish in a fish tank. Even the server was baffled why the hostesses did this. If not for the server's friendly smile, we would have left at this point.

We dine out all the time and fully understand restaurant tried to split customers evenly across the space. But when the restaurant isn't full, there are plenty of seats available and the customers stated clearly about their preference and about their dislike of the dark corner near the back exit where no one else was sitting at the moment, why would the hostesses still try to place us where we said we don't want to sit TWICE? And eventually why put us in a giant table when there are other suitable tables? It's hurting the customers, the servers and the restaurant at the same time. Because now a party of six won't have this booth. The management needs to address this incident--it shouldn't have happened and should never happen again.
