It was a great experience eating lunch at Neiman Marcus, I had the shrimp and crab toast and truffle fries, it was very good. My friend had the NM burger, she said it was fantastic. I highly recommend NM for lunch.

My lunch at the café at Neiman Marcus was quite pleasant. The service was excellent and the food tasty and well prepared.

The food and service were outstanding. I love the Mandarin orange salad. It is a nice quiet place to have lunch and talk to friends.

The food is just ok. Not sure what all the hype is about. The cookies are now horrible… did the recipe change??? The service was also super slow. What happened to all the good employees? My experience was very underwhelming to say the least.

The NM Cafe is always a fun place to meet for lunch. It's bright and airy. The hostess and the server were very friendly and attentive. We each had a salad and they were very large. My friend changed her mind about salad dressing three times and the waiter was so pleasant and patient. Of course, everyone goes for the popovers and strawberry butter. They did not disappoint and I bought 6 to take home.

Average experience - no issue getting seated but staff didnt seem very motivated or happy. $18 for a caesar salad with no protein is overpriced when you are pretty much getting a bowl of lettuce, and the biscuits and gravy were $15 which is a bigger heartier meal. Both dishes tasted good though. Chicken broth was lukewarm and didnt have much flavor. Food came out quickly, and our server was attentive. It has potential and is worth going if you are hungry and shopping near that area but wouldnt go out of my way for it.

Love that they serve a small cup of consume and a wonderful piece of brioche and good butter before the meal. It has a little bit of old-school glamour. The food's always good and it's always a good place to talk. They definitely designed it for women who lunch and wanted to spill the!

Been here several times over the years. Although it has been a while until today. My wife Nancy and I were out Christmas shopping and decided to pop in here for lunch.
We were greeted quite pleasantly by the hostess and seated immediately. Our waiter Amir came to our table and introduced himself to us within say...90 seconds with a genuine large smile and gave us our menus. Shortly there after he brought us our complimentary and delicious breads and broth. He was patient until we were ready to place our order. The food was freshly prepared, properly presented and delicious.
Amir checked on us from time to time and refilled our drinks without asking. Really an enjoyable and relaxing lunch.
Will surely be back again, but sooner this time.

everything was lovely. I had an unfortunate problem with my meal and the manager made sure everything was corrected and made perfect. I will be coming again and again. I was very impressed with his kindness.

Waitress never smiled, no host seating people, crab Louie salad had to go back due to crab meat tasted soured. Popovers are ridiculous, looked like the size of a small football and about the same color. Nothing like it use to be. Will not be returning. Lost a customer!

Used to love Neiman's for lunch, not any more. From the second we walked in it was not good. No one greeting us. Waited over 5 minutes and waitress came out of kitchen. Continued waiting to be seated. Waitress never smiled, I guess that was not a good sign. The broth that's served is pure salt. Could not drink. Ordered Crab Louie salad, crab tasted as if it was going bad and smelled the same. Waitress said can of crab just opened and tasted fine to her. Two out of 3 dining ordered it and sent it back. One of us had a tuna sandwich which was nothing to speak and I ordered the chicken salad platter. The chicken salad had way too much mayonnaise and the strawberries on the plate were not fresh. I was a good customer but after today I will go elsewhere.

My Godmother is gluten free, and she made sure to re-check on which entrees and soups were gluten free, and provided amazing service, to be the only person working that day.

The service was great but the food was bland. The burgers tasted like nothing which is hard to do. We barely ate our lunch and left quickly to go shopping.

I made a reservation for Monday June 30. I usually love NM Cafe. My res was confirmed and I invited my special guest. We got there and the restaurant was CLOSED. Could you at least have let me know. I drove from center city to meet there. WTH?

I grew up near King of Prussia and now just visit to shop a few times a year. I was in town to celebrate my three year old granddaughter's Birthday. My daughter (her mother) loved having lunch at the Zodiac when she was a little girl so we were excited to take Claira for her birthday lunch. The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating, including having beautiful balloons at the table to make it extra special. As always, the food and service were impeccable and we look forward to our next visit.
