I grew up near King of Prussia and now just visit to shop a few times a year. I was in town to celebrate my three year old granddaughter's Birthday. My daughter (her mother) loved having lunch at the Zodiac when she was a little girl so we were excited to take Claira for her birthday lunch. The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating, including having beautiful balloons at the table to make it extra special. As always, the food and service were impeccable and we look forward to our next visit.
The food was wonderful. The tuna melt and cheeseburger is amazing there of course the popovers and the strawberry butter along with great service great atmosphere. It's wonderful. I love it.
They've drastically changed the menu where there are only a few items now. The popovers were burned, my favorite dishes are gone and the service was not great. Supposedly a new menu is coming. This used to be a favorite lunch spot as it's quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the mall so sad to see it decline.
Come every year with mom and daughter lunch. Very unhappy about the limited holiday menu this year. Please bring back full menu next year.
Thank you Amir and team for a wonderful experience. My Mom and I had a lovely time and everything was fantastic!
Absolutely lovely, the host was very accommodating. Going to Neiman's for lunch on Black Friday is a family tradition for over 15 years . Food is great ,atmosphere is quiet and classy.
The time it took to order, get served and enjoy our meal was ungodly long. Not what we are used to and not sure we will come back. How could a lunch service for two take 2+ hours. Thankfully neither of us were on the clock but man has the NM restaurant gone down!
Seems to have gone down hill. Food is not the quality it used to be. Took off the shrimp Louis salad which was my favorite !
It's a shame this isn't a busier restaurant. It has a lovely feel and it's a welcome respite from the craziness of the mall environment.
We ordered a Cappuccino and what we got was just a coffee with lots of milk, little foam. When we asked the server, she did not like it, and even gave a condescending smile as if she knew more. What a lost opportunity, such a luxury place

When you think of the Neiman Marcus Brand and stores, you think of luxury but their cafe is a disappointment.
Their cappuccino was far from a decent cappuccino, the espresso flavor was really shy and the amount of milk was overwhelming, so it was more like a latte. When we complained, the server laughed, which should have not happened due to the heritage of a brand that should be represented all across.

Hello: My friend and I had lunch on May 14th. Our server was very nice. The food - especially the salad with the chicken was poor. The chicken was very, very dry and "salad" consisted of lettuce. My grain bowl was just ok (the brussel sprouts were so dry that they crumbled). I was actually going to call the manager of the cafe today but received this email. Very disappointing. I hadn't been to the cafe since Covid and was looking forward to dining there. I would usually recommend this venue .....was it just a bad day?
What happen to one of our best spots to enjoy a nice meal! The host that sat us down , was basically on her phone the whole time we were waiting for our waitress to come out the back.(10 min.) When she finally arrived it looked like she just woke up, no smile, no welcome. The new menu not very appealing, the food is just now average. No atmosphere, no great service of the past. We probably won't ever be back again to one of our best spots.

Service was very friendly but exceedingly slow. The popovers did not meet up to my fond memories from lovely lunches from years past. The starter chicken broth tasted right out of the can. Strange start. The cauliflower on my roasted vegetable entree tasted of being too long in water as did the quinoa. The fries on my granddaughter's meal were overly peppered (making them inedible for her) and tasted as if they had been reheated not freshly fried. Next time I'll go to Panera for a freshly prepared and tasty meal. The ambiance is not much different.
I really wanted to like this place, but the staff (Asian female & African American female) were horrible. We got there 15 minutes before the kitchen opened, asked if we could sit, and we were told yes. We weren’t in a rush so we patiently waited. After about 30 minutes of sitting and talking and being patient, I asked if we could order. The waitress said yes, walked away and began folding napkins at the bar area. The other waitress was prepping other tables for the “soon to be customers”, but the customers there (Us) were not being attended. It was just 2 of us in the entire cafe. There was literally no one at the other tables. It was very clear we were not going to be served and they were not there to work. I always assumed servers hustled for their tips (I’m a big tipper because I’ve served before), but nope, not them. They seemed content with their hourly rate. I’d never go back. Wish I could at least say that the water was cold, but I wouldn’t know because we didn’t get that far. Cafe is super cute if you just want to hang out, but make sure you eat and drink before going.
