I am vegan. It is nice to dine at a place where I actually have choices on the menu. And, all of them are very good. My non vegan friends also enjoyed their meals.
Have been to this restaurant several times. Last night was the worst. We came to try the fries. they sucked. It is expected fries made in an air fryer are going to taste different than those made in a deep fryer, but some were cooked and brown, others were limp and tasteless. Took almost 45 minutes for food. The excuse was that they had a large group, but half the tables were open. We will not come back. Overall dining experience has gone down.
If you like your food grilled charred original flavor ed.... extended version of Good, I ordered to go and I had no utensils in my bag that's the only reason service only got three stars from me. But the first person you see when you walk in the door excellent beautiful humble servent of service!

I have eaten here several times. This time had several challenges. A menu item did not list all ingredients and when it arrived it was covered in onions. My daughter is allergic and we had to request a new meal. The manager took care of getting a new meal and told us there would be no charge but we did get charged. Another meal at the table had a GF bun. It was hard and could not be eaten. Lastly water was empty and not refilled. This has not been my experience previously.
We often choose True Food for our date nights — the meals are always fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. Jimmy and Ericka are always warm and welcoming, and Jay does a great job explaining the menu options in detail.
Just a heads-up: keep an eye on the Dinner Duo combinations — some of the items can actually be cheaper if ordered separately.

Great service, vibes, and food! My wife is vegan and I am not, so it’s great to have a place where we can both have a good meal

My daughter and 2 adult granddaughters very much enjoyed a Sunday lunch at True Foods Kitchen. This was our first visit and we will return. Everything was wonerful: the healthy & delicious food, the waitress and atmosphere!! I recommend the cauliflower & fries appetizers. We all had burgers: beef, turkey & veggie. Everyone liked their burgers.
I spent 23 dollars on a burger asked for it medium and when I picked it up it was completely cold and raw in the middle.

We eat here often because there are so many healthy options. We generally go early for dinner before any crowds. Lately we have been disappointed because of the long waits to get our meals and last night there was even a long wait just to get ice cream for the kids. The kids air fried chicken was burnt. They wouldn't eat it. The staff seems to be out of sync. Server taking orders and delivery of the food. The table was not cleared after dinner and desserts were put down with dinner plates on a messy table. Who is supposed to clear the table before desserts? We will go back but we hope the manager notices and gets things working smoothly.
The edamame were delicious as always, and the service was perfect. But we tried the spaghetti squash casserole for the first time and it fell short (the tomatoes overpowered the flavor of the squash; we will not order that gain). And we think True Foods changed the recipe for the chocolate chip cookie (not as good as in the past, and it was served cold; in the past it was warm and worth it).

Ordered a plant burger and fries. The burger was very good for a house made burger, good texture. All of the food was a little too salty. I eat healthy, so I have taste buds for healthy foods, that wasn’t my experience.

Nothing had any flavor, everything was weirdly bland. Very expensive to be this disappointed, I won't go back. Maybe this is a restaurant for people who can't eat salt or something?
Food was good and staff was nice, however there is next to no entrees under $20 and drinks are quite expensive as well. I realize being “farm to table” food is fresher and more expensive but even basic burgers were $20.
