Food was excellent and service was wonderful! She was great with my two kids also, and made it very easy to modify a couple items. Food came out timely and together and perfect temp! Loved the venue also

The food quality has sadly gone down quite a bit. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but now I have to take it off my list. None of the 7-8 items we ordered were good.

We have dined many times at True Foods Kitchen KOP and this time was by far the least impressive, at least from a superficial perspective. The restaurant has clearly endured a problem with poor leadership, but that can happen in a place like this. When we arrived, the person who (did not) greet us at the door mumbled "follow me" as she walked briskly away. There was no effort to let us know she was interested in us having a good time, or frankly that we even existed. Our server, while quite engaging and enthusiastic, forgot requests repeatedly, each time with effusive apologies, but no indication she was intent of being more present when we interacted. It got so annoying that we stopped a manager to let him know this was a markedly different experience than we expected and have had in the past. Unfortunately, he failed to rise to the occasion immediately, tracking past our table 3x without dropping off the ketchup we requested for our burger/fries. The silver lining is this debacle was the manager (Jesse), who did come back to our table, engage us in an appropriately candid conversation about what the restaurant. He is very new to the location and is there specifically for the reasons we experienced. They are committed to fix the problems and regain the reputation TrueFood KOP once had. We will be back, precisely because the manager convinced us of his commitment to fix the problems. We don't think this will happen overnight, but given the way we felt walking out of the restaurant, we will be happy to return and support improvement.

The butternut squash on my pizza was raw and barely cooked. Chicken in my kale salad was very dry —- and I thought it should have been “warmed”? We explicitly and specifically requested our entrées to be served with plenty of time in between courses. Our server asked us if we were ready for our entrées and we said yes, and in less than a minute, they walked out with our entrées. Not sure why it is so difficult to get this right??

I live True Food! The menu is stellar, so wonderful to have GF, Veg options. Cocktails and mocktails are fantastic. Service was terrific! Really excellent all around!

I've had great experiences here in the past. This last visit was a bit lackluster.. Only because our food didn't come out correct the first time and the second time it lacked seasoning. We had an awesome server who was attentive and made sure we were satisfied when it was all said and done. I really enjoy True Food. The Dragonfruit lemonade is always great and I the pizza is bomb!!

The restaurant is short-staffed. As a result, the one waiter was overwhelmed and kept having to apologize for the slow service. The restaurant did comp two drinks as a result. The food was just fair and the price is excessive.

Our server was the absolute best!! My food (air fried chicken tenders and fried) were super dry but everything else was good. Overall it was a nice evening out. Our server though was just the nicest, most attentive person. Loved her

We were outside so it was a bit noisy. Our server was okay but not overly friendly. The food was good.
I am vegan. It is nice to dine at a place where I actually have choices on the menu. And, all of them are very good. My non vegan friends also enjoyed their meals.

Have been to this restaurant several times. Last night was the worst. We came to try the fries. they sucked. It is expected fries made in an air fryer are going to taste different than those made in a deep fryer, but some were cooked and brown, others were limp and tasteless. Took almost 45 minutes for food. The excuse was that they had a large group, but half the tables were open. We will not come back. Overall dining experience has gone down.

If you like your food grilled charred original flavor ed.... extended version of Good, I ordered to go and I had no utensils in my bag that's the only reason service only got three stars from me. But the first person you see when you walk in the door excellent beautiful humble servent of service!

I have eaten here several times. This time had several challenges. A menu item did not list all ingredients and when it arrived it was covered in onions. My daughter is allergic and we had to request a new meal. The manager took care of getting a new meal and told us there would be no charge but we did get charged. Another meal at the table had a GF bun. It was hard and could not be eaten. Lastly water was empty and not refilled. This has not been my experience previously.

We often choose True Food for our date nights — the meals are always fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. Jimmy and Ericka are always warm and welcoming, and Jay does a great job explaining the menu options in detail.
Just a heads-up: keep an eye on the Dinner Duo combinations — some of the items can actually be cheaper if ordered separately.
