Sue was a great server!! She was super prompt and attentive. The menu was straight forward and had delicious and diverse options for food diets, which was great for my gluten allergy. There was a GF key lime tart for dessert!! And the noodles were fantastic.Dietary restrictions: Gluten

Had a really good visit at this restaurant. Very good options. I had the smoke salmon toast. It was good. They have really good drinks too. Try them out.

For health/safety reasons, I wanted to share an unfortunate experience at True Food Kitchen in KOP. Upon receiving raw (not “rare” but raw) steak, I asked if the meat could be cooked for another minute or two. I was told it was intended to be cooked that way, and I could purchase an additional steak if I wanted it to be cooked more thoroughly. For such a high meal price, I was hoping for a little more care and attention to be paid towards the safety of the food.

I ordered the tuna poke. My dinner was the worst. The bowl was not even half full and the quantity of tuna was very skimpy. They were out of the steak I wanted and out of the flourless chocolate cake too. Not to mention the acoustics of the restaurant are horrible. 3 out of 6 of us enjoyed our meals. Probably will never go back there again. As a follow up.I spoke to the manager and he apologized and said he would send a gift card.

True Food Kitchen made our first date unforgettable with their exceptional service and amazing vegetarian dishes. They honored our request for a quiet, intimate setting and even added a special touch to celebrate our occasion. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, perfectly complementing the warm and attentive service. It was an evening that exceeded all expectations, setting a memorable start to our journey together.

Such a rip off!!! $8 to add steak and it was literally 1 slice of oily meat slice into 4 tiny pieces and call that added steak. Also the salad itself was just a bunch of raw veggies thrown into a small bowl. So i got another salad - covered in some gross dressing. Menu sounds great then it's a massive disappointment and waste of money. So many competitors do much much better than this. It always empty for a reason

You can tell the food is fresh as are the drinks, nice variety of apps/entrees/drinks and desserts.Me and my girlfriend both found the bowls to be solid, nothing amazing, where this place really shined for us was the drinks and desserts. We LOVED the coconut cold brew coffee and the giant chocolate chip cookie with cosmic bliss ice cream. The fresh juice my girlfriend got as well as the sparkling water I got were both pretty good as well.Would recommend coming here. Our waitress Aiesha(I think this was it, if not sorry!) was super friendly, attentive and all around awesome.

Whenever I want a healthier option but a sit down restaurant, I come here! I recently tried the korean noodle bowl for the first time and loved the glass noodles. The chicken sausage pizza is always delicious. Also, if you love Olipop as much as I do, they have them here. Extra point!

We have been to True Food in KOP many times and had great experiences. We went there tonight and it was so disappointing. Two of the five meals were ice cold when served to us after waiting so long to get our meals. The manager, Rory, said he couldn’t understand why the two meals were cold and offered nothing to compensate or fix the meals. The server said we could have a discount the next time we dined with them. There won’t be a next time after that experience.

The space is so capacious and noisy it is like eating in an airport. We asked for a quieter table and were put off despite availability until we told them we were leaving. The food was just ok but demonstrated a startling lack of expertise: brussel sprout appetizer was soggy when it should have been crispy; vegetables in harvest salad were either overcooked (squash) or not even blanched (cauliflower) and/or not cut to proper sizes; tuna poke was so overly spiced as to be virtually inedible. Surprisingly, desserts were very good, although nuts in carrot cake were too large. Service was excellent, though.

I had such a wonderful experience at True Food. the food was delicious, and our waitress Cierra was phenomena. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on! The espresso martini’s are everything, and they have a non-dart option which is great! I will definitely be back to try the happy hour!
