There was a bleach/soap taste in my Açai bowl. I was fine and calm but the owner did not want to refund or at least replace the bowl. Customer service is extremely bad.

If your craving a smoothie bowl save your time and don't choose this location. Smoothie bowl base has absolutely no flavor...the bowl probably had about 2 tablespoons of granola and very little toppings. Honey also tasted off and was extremely gummy.
Check out any juice pod location, they make this place look like a joke.

I recently visited this place and had mixed feelings. The food was excellent, with great flavors and presentation. However, the service was poor—slow and inattentive. Despite the cozy ambiance but the lack of attention from the staff overshadowed the otherwise enjoyable meal.

I went to this place for the first and last time hoping to get an acai bowl without banana (im allergic) and they didn’t have any options available, then as i was looking at the menu, the man at the register didn’t greet me and my friend, and seemed annoyed and impatient by me trying to find an option suitable , i was very uncomfortable and dissatisfied.

Like most others, the service is downright abrupt with no smile. Just not particularly pleasant or inviting. A protein smoothie in a medium sized cup that I finished in like 6 sips was $12 including a neighbor discount and gratuity - complete rip-off. The taste was pretty good. The value was just not there at all. It was more the small size that was so shocking. The biggest shock was that their single use bathrooms do not have locks! I remember walking in on the owner maybe a year ago and couldn't get that image out of my head. Now, a year later he says he's getting it fixed. I don't believe him since it's been a year. He said use the woman's bathroom, but it didn't lock either. Absolutely bizarre. Fix these issues and I'm glad to update my review. I'm usually a very positive reviewer, but these are concerns that need to be called out and others warned about.

My first time at this place. No one greeted us when we walked in and didn’t say a word the whole time we dined in. When we walked in they stayed in the back. Never came out to greet customers or acknowledge we were there. We ordered on the kiosk… someone came out, set our food down on the table and walked away. No words spoken, no smile, no thank you. The sandwich I got was ok but I would never come back to this place. Not welcoming at all

I had one of the worst customer service experiences in my whole life with this place. I ordered online through the app as a loyalty member. And I never received my order. I had to leave my place of business to drive to the location to pickup my order. I ordered delivery and received a Uber tracking information. Uber texted almost 40 minutes later saying the order has been cancelled and to get in contact with Vitality Bowls to address the issue. So I call the location and their answer was we cant help and i need to get in contact with Uber. I explained Uber told me to reach out to them and they said well there is nothing we can do. This is ridiculous they did not even try to find a solution for me, they basically said i would have to figure it out my self. I cant believe i order through the app which states delivery is offered and if something goes wrong the customer has to figure out how to solve becuase Vitality bowls will not fix it. I am still charged for delivery fee and for tip, when i had to drive to the location and pick up my order, Its ridiculous. I understand situation happen and things can be out your control. But to not even try to fix the situation and just let the customer try to figure it out is unacceptable. I love this place, i order from it every week, i even signed up as a loyalty member because of how great it is. But this is just a big slap in the face. And when i went to the place to pickup my order and brought up my concern they said well next time just don't use the app. That's their solution to this issue!!! I am really disappointed with this location in King of Prussia

The food is quite good when I visited the first time. However, on 2 later occasions, I encountered outright rudeness from the attendant, particularly when having technical issues while processing orders. Rather than addressing the problem professionally, the attendant uses cursing language and refuses to resolve the issue. I wasn't able to order. Stay away from this place.

Had a very soggy and rather flavorless morning glory wrap delivered through Relish. It was saturated and dripping with sauce and incredibly messy.
