We have used Chef Joe and Wild Blue Catering for all three of our high school graduation parties. Chef Joe was easy to work with, accommodating to our requests and presentation was always top notch. Each party was unique. The food was excellent, to say the least. Everyone was complimentary and amazed how unique and creative the food was, considering our large number of guests. He took care of everything including bartending, service, clean-up and menu ideas.

On a smaller scale, we had used them for a Christmas party at our home which also showed just how prized his culinary skills are! Highly recommend for any event, large or small. He and his professional team will make sure everything is perfect and the night is unforgettable!

I have had a few catered graduation parties with Wild Blue and the food is delicious. They had great suggestions and Chef Joe is the best. I will be ordering again in April.

They take over a day to reply, they dont help with menu planning and cancelled less then 24 hours before the event.

We had a great experience with Wild Blue! The definition of professionalism! Great and thorough food tasting before booking; made fresh. During the wedding, fantastic food, excellent service & wait staff/bartender. Set up & clean up was handled so well we didn't have to do anything at all or worry about a thing! They also encouraged us to eat first to ensure we did actually eat at our own wedding. I would definitely recommend them.

Joe of Wildblue did a great job catering our Thanksgiving dinner for 25 people. He customized the menu for my son who has many food allergies. The food was great and he and his head chef personally delivered the meal. A great chef and a true gentleman.

We had Wild Blue cater our recent wedding. Due to the joys of celiac disease, we asked them to come up with an all-gluten-free meal, and they hit it out of the park. People couldn't even tell it was gluten-free! The wait staff was fantastic and friendly, and Chef Joe helped us every step along the way. The hors d'oeuvres were so good I was stuffed by the time we were ready for the meal! We really can't overstate how happy we were with everything. Highly recommend!!

Our guests and I can’t get over how amazing this food was. We had a delicious bbq buffet wedding and it was absolutely perfect and beautiful. Joe and his staff were so professional and loved by all guests! I can’t rave enough how thankful I am I chose this caterer for my wedding!!!
