I would give it a zero if I could. I love the macaroon from here usually and I always buy them but not today. There was a worker here in King Of Prussia stand and she was extremely rude when I tried to correct what flavors I wanted when she was putting in the wrong ones. Then she started cursing at me and I decided not to purchase them because of her. She is the lady with the two facial piercings. I hope they address this issue because I will never purchase from here again

The macarons are good (except the Cotton Candy tbh) and the staff is friendly enough. However if you get less than 6 they put them in a small bag that ruins them if you spend just a little bit of time walking. I'm very sad that my lemon and rasberry macarons were squished before I even left their mall location..

I purchased a box for my wife's birthday. The service was very friendly and professional. The macaroons were fresh and very tasty. I have been a loyal customer for two years . I will be going back for more.

Rudest customer service rep ever - I was going to buy 2 macaroons and he started to give me a piece that was lying by the side of the display case between the glass and the trays..or in other words where the dust collects in the sliders. When I requested a different piece his response was "are you kidding me right now". I left without responding because I was beyond mortified. You need to address this ASAP since you seem to be receiving this feedback consistently and clearly dont care enough to respond to the email I sent. Create a poor customer service category!!!!!

We came all the way to the King Of Prussia mall to get macarons and the rude rep was 30 mintutes late. Did not apologize at all. My 8 year old left in tears as this is usually a treat for her. Very disappointing.
My cousin is a huge fan of macarons so I took her here for a treat, and it was pretty good. Personally, I don't care very much for macarons but even I enjoyed the mint chocolate one. we got a box of six - came in a cute pastel colored box. Also got a box as a gift - looks pretty and makes a nice gift.
