I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my disappointment regarding your decision to close at 8 PM on a Friday night while the Phillies were playing. As a loyal patron, it's frustrating to see a bustling bar filled, only to know that the evening will be cut short.

With around 30 people seated at the bar and more patrons arriving, it’s hard to understand how that aligns with your business strategy. The atmosphere was electric, and it felt like a missed opportunity not just for us, the customers, but for your establishment as well.

I believe many others share my sentiment. A vibrant sports night offers a chance for great conversations, community bonding, and additional revenue that could bolster your bottom line. Unfortunately, it seems that this decision doesn’t reflect the interests of your clientele.

I regret to say that I will not be returning in the future, nor can I recommend your bar to others under these circumstances. I hope you’ll consider revisiting your closing hours on peak nights like this. It could make all the difference in customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Manager sucks. Justin thinks the mug club members are his employees. Threatening us like we are his employees 😅. We bring money to this brewery, now screw him. No wonder why there are regular drinkers and employees exodus under his watch.andalso Becca, his right hand. She shows no professionalism. This place used to be fun. Fire Justin and Becca!!!.

Says they close at 9 but at 830 they are hoisting chairs and sweeping under your feet

The ordering system is tedious. There is no personal interaction with staff. Food was OK. My Caprese wrap was dry, no sauce. The only service is they bring your food to you. No one came by to see if we liked our meal or needed anything else. We had to bus our own table and get our own take out box.
Also, it was not busy

The beer was delicious, and the burger was good as well.

Food was very good and a great selection of beer. Great atmosphere to hang out with family and friends.

Good Food and good beer. Watch your charges here. I got double charged for my meal. I will ensure I only order and pay at the bar from now on. I didn’t ask for a receipt so. No proof to protest.

Update. They reached out and we were able to identify the issue and I was credited for the extra charge. Great team to deal with.

You have to order online and the staff pays no attention to customers. Got ignored about 5 times when asking for help. Food was ok.

Great food, great beer, fantastic atmosphere, and dog friendly! Every staff member we've met has been friendly and pleasant. We mostly sit outside with one of our dogs and the outdoor area is quiet, surprisingly private and fun. The indoor space is very big, well designed and clean!
