Played a game for 30 seconds on the iPad, got charged 3 dollars with no warning. We had 3 people and tried to charge us for an extra Mac and cheese we never ordered. And we all ordered drinks that never came. Food was also overall bad

I was excited to have a big bar in the KOP area when they opened, but the way the bar is managed continues to disappoint repeatedly. Their management has created a team that is not equipped or impowered to make decision to a point that bartender can't pour drinks because it changes absent servers tips. I could go on an on, but I would pick another big bar like City Works.Yards fix your management team in KOP, weak and micromanaging.

Great service, everyone really enjoyed their meal. We shared a tower of onion rings, and all had soup or a salad, and they were great. I was able to substitute Asparagus for the baked potato to stay low-carb. Took enormous discipline because I love a nice baked potato.

I've never been to any Yard House before. Three days ago I went with old coworkers and the food was AMAZING!! My server Gabby L was GREAT. She recommended the "Spicy Jambalaya Rice" and it didn't disappoint. Gabby was very attentive, and made sure we were okay. She made us feel like we were only table that night. Thanks Gabby for your service and thank Yard House for not disappointing me my 1st tike there. I'll definitely be back!

The Brussel Sprouts were awesome. The Blackened Shrimp tacos were way too spicy and I could not finish. But still had a great time. Richard was a great waiter!
