“Where do I begin with my recommendation? I have been a regular at this unique restaurant for many years. I was especially grateful that the outside pickup was available during Covid. My favorite sandwich is the Nicole and I also love that there are 3 different soups available each day. The ricotta cookies(regular) and the pumpkin ricotta cookies are excellent! Snickerdoodles are to die for! The selection of several types of bread is wonderful. Also the availability of ordering pies, cookies & other food for parties and holidays is great. Colleen, Joe and Emily go above and beyond in making their customers feel welcome. Something Special is an awesome place to meet with your friends. Whenever anyone asks our group where we want to go they actually know my answer…Something Special…give it a try.“

The cake was one of the best we’ve ever had anywhere with fabulous customer service from beginning to end. Not to mention the shop itself smelled wonderful when we picked up the order. “I have been going to the bagel bar since it opened. I’ve had sandwiches, salads, hot food, cold food, bagels, pastries, breads and I have NEVER had anything that wasn’t delicious. The only issue is at times the staff is overwhelmed and service can be a little slow when teenagers are behind the counter and are too nice to customers when there is a backlog instead of being short and sweet and moving on to the next customer. The pricing and portions are fine if you remember this is kosher food. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet enough to work. I will continue to eat there.“
