5 star service goes to crystal she is soo sweet and caring. She has better customer service skills than the manger. She takes pride in her job and it shows. Its the little things that make people chose this location over others and its Crystal.

First off the food is alright. Service okay. But the biggest complaint would be is the manager that works pass 4pm. The onen n another review video. Shes so loud. Talks about other employees with customers in the restaurant that its annoying. One time I asked for lite on tomato. Ten minutes later I heard say what am I supposed to do with lite tomato? Another employee just said cut tomato..she's like cut on tomato in half? I wanted to say just one slice is good but I bit my lip.

I was waiting quite aa while, with my granddaughter to order something to eat, they were attending first the drive through, and orders from delivery, mind you, restaurant inside was empty, I understand that they were very busy, but just a little advice, take care the customers inside the restaurant first. Other than that 🤔 good service.

The guy immediately told us we had maybe 10 minutes before the dining room closed. Then he walked away and didn't take our order.

That meant we had to try to figure out their order machine in the lobby, that we had never used before. It would have been faster for him to take our order.

Then, the drink machine sprayed all over me because he had already removed the nozzle. And the flavor I selected tasted nasty.

The staff was being unkind to one another, loudly, in the back of the store. I am not sure it's because they thought we were gone but they should never behave like that, even if there are no customers present.

I don't think we will be back to this location.

I went to go get a royal crispy chicken sandwich. And it was uncooked . I couldn't even chew through the chicken it was hard to chew .I try to cut it open I couldn't even do that. That just nasty

If I could give no stars I would with the experience I just had to deal with... I ordered the whopper Jr meal and was charged it. When I got back to work I noticed the burger missing no deal it was close by so I drove back to get the burger only to be given attitude told I ordered it wrong got handed a burger with no bag or anything and then got the drive in window slammed in my face... I will be telling everyone I interact at my business with to never go the this burger king again and how they treated me
