I struggled with rating Costello's because for the most part the service was always excellent, and you cannot find better pizza and wings anywhere in this area! That is the problem......they lost their "pizza maker".....find another one!!!!!! We used to go there/order for delivery regularly, but not since they stopped making pizza. Come on guys, the word PIZZA is in your restaurant's name!!!!!!

This was my 3rd time back since the new management took over. Our food was excellent every time. Very reasonably priced. We had the calamari, lobster ravioli in vodka sauce, stuffed flounder, the chef even made mussels marinara for us as it was not on the menu. We used to come here several years ago and the food was good although right before they closed someone else had taken over and it was terrible. Well the new owners made this place great again!! Quality food, great pricing, and a great atmosphere! We will be back.

My favorite restaurant was a disaster scene on Mothers Day. We had reservations and were seated immediately but no service for almost an hour. We got up and left. I called 2 days later to express my disappointment and was offered dinner for as many people as i wanted to bring, on the house. I will take them up on the offer.

Wow. What a let down. We used to come here a lot years ago. Haven't been here in quite a while. We were in last weekend--really, really disappointed. First, there was only one server on. The sign said seat yourself, so we did, and she didn't see us for quite awhile. She apologized and tried to provide good service, but she had the whole dining room to herself. Then the food was just horrible. All the pizza and calzones, etc. they used to serve are all gone. So don't go there for those. I ordered a salad with a piece of salmon. I couldn't even eat it--it was so bad. It looked bad, smelled bad, and tasted terrible. I would have told the server but she was so busy running around the whole place that it was hard to get her attention. When she did come to take our plates away, she never even said anything about the fact the fish was basically untouched. From beginning to end, this was a horrible experience. I will definitely not go back there. The next night we went to Ollies, just across the street and it was wonderful (and a great piece of fresh salmon, too!).

The worst Mother's Day we ever had. Their were 14 of us..12 adults and 2 children. We all ordered our dinner and 2 hours later they said we still have a long wait before our dinner comes..We were not staying any longer..we all left...That is a true example of not running a Good business..
I have to say we ordered the Chicken Parm & the Fettuccine Alfredo. It was excellent!! The salad was fresh and crisp. I would definitely go back again. Plus the waitress was so pleasant on the phone. Give it try! Well worth it.

New Management and owners have made a difference. I stopped going here a few years ago because the quality had dropped to a really poor level. Last nights dinner was off the charts. Service was great, food was tasty well priced and served properly. Bread putting for dessert was out of this world. This is now back on my favorite restaurant list.
